    Happy New Year🎉❤ This is excellent advice thank you. The hardest thing I struggle with the most is my sleep pattern. I am a 55 year old women and cannot work due to disabilities but I feel because I don't need to get up for work I have fallen into a very bad sleep routine, I do not go to sleep until around 4 am and then sleep until around 2pm but I then find I have no time to really do the things I have planned for the day. How do I get out of this habit please and how do I relearn my body to go to sleep earlier and to get up in the morning.
