accord is better looking but camry interior wayyy better looking very nice. I LOVE Toyota, always will my 02 Tacoma was a legend. im getting the Accord soon though
Both great cars, but recently, I've been reading a lot about Honda not fixing there issues like oil dilution, electrical fires, air bags etc. Understandably, Honda is a much smaller company than Toyota and can't afford to fix these problems. If you want to go fast, choose Honda, if you want reliable and save money, choose Toyota.
Great job guys! The Toyota will probably be more reliable but Honda also has just as good of a track record as Toyota. The turbo engine is fairly new so that may raise eyebrows for many but the extra torque is what I would prefer from the Accord Sport. Looks are subjective but I also love the wheels on the accord. The interior also feels much more high tech than the Camry. The plastics in the Camry are horrific and even though the rear is soft touch it's hardly a plus for that car. Either way, you guys did great and can't wait to meet again!
I love Honda Accord but since 2018 til now, the rear of the Honda Accord designed got to go. I prefered the 2014-16 Honda accord. I'll take the Camry over the Accord on this newly designed.
Easy win. Camry XSE v6. The accord may be sharper but the front and back looks terrible imo. I also love bold choices and a smooth v6. The Camry checks all those boxes

Camry hands down. My car has hood struts. It has soft materials in the rear on the doors unlike honda who cheaped out. Plus my car has dual injection. Honda doesnt. Toyota thought of everything when they built these newer Camrys and Avalons. Engine longevity was my deciding factor. I feel ive made the right choice for the long haul. Turbos are horrific

I've narrowed my choice down to the CamrySE or Accord Sport for my college kids. I've owned 4Runners, Odyssey and Clarity. I'd like to go with Accord, but turbo engine and CVT have me concerned. But, I don't like the Camry infotainment screen or the piano finish. I'll let the kids decide after some test drives I guess.
You forgot the fuel capless in Accord, and in my opinion, the tachometer and odermeter in Accord way more functional and sportier. In short, Accord smokes Camry out
Accord got no point for having superior driving dynamics ??? But Camry got one for simply having an 8 speed transmission vs the cvt??? What does it matter what it is if it it does the job and it does it well? I also had a Camry 18 rental for like a week and the transmission was SO damn jerky, the cvt in my accord is so smooth and responsive. And it doesn’t drone.
As someone who keep my cars for a decade or more until they fall apart, I prefer the naturally aspirated engine of the Camry. The lack of a turbo is one less engine weakness to worry about. I have a 2019 Camry SE with the 2.5L Inline-4. I love it. I also chose to have a conventional key with it. Having a push button Start does sound nice....until something goes wrong and you have to pay to get it fixed with your own money. $1000? No problem. A key replacement/reprogramming would cost around $200-$300. A Camry I would buy to own. An Accord? I will only lease it.
I couldn't tell with speakers were better. I test drove the camry today and I didn't like the infotainment system. The fade/balance was dead smack in the middle and most the sound seemed like it came from the front and had to move it all the way to the back speakers basically to hear the music infront and behind me. Was disappointed
Luka Gugunishvili these people are the reason why car companies are charging stupendous amounts on their vehicles.. non-essential items like screens for the damn radio, 10 extra cup holders, 5 extra power outlets, a GPS system that you dont need.. LED trim lights inside the cabin.. all the more distraction between the driver and the road.
Same as well. Do not get me wrong, both cars are good. But the Camry offers a quieter ride, a higher ride height, slightly better visibility, and both the four cylinder and V6 are port injected and are less likely to get carbon build up. I also prefer the Camry's V6 due to it being more refined, smoother, and sounding better than the Accord's turbo four cylinder engine.
@@vishalakula8451 Toyota has both port and direct injection, which means the toyota is still going to less likely to have carbon build up versus the Hondas only direct injected engines.
I love ya'lls side by side comparison videos! Thank you for evaluating the models that were most similar to cost and features. Both are great quality vehicles but I have to agree the Accord Sport 1.5T had a few more special features compared to the SE Camry. To me their body styles truly set them apart. Do you want more agressive styling or a more sleek refined styling. Everytime I see this generation Camry's driving down the road I notice how aggressive looking the front fascia looks. When I see this generation Accord driving down the street I notice a sleek refined LED headlights and a polished brow. These are just observations and whatever styling appeals to you go for it! accord is better looking but camry interior wayyy better looking very nice.
Accord is the best!!!! Great view
Thanks man!
I love Honda Accord but since 2018 til now, the rear of the Honda Accord designed got to go. I prefered the 2014-16 Honda accord.
I'll take the Camry over the Accord on this newly designed.
Chan Xiong the new accord looks terrible imo. Unfinished front and civic like rear, The 2017 one was so much more sophisticated.
Easy win. Camry XSE v6. The accord may be sharper but the front and back looks terrible imo.
I also love bold choices and a smooth v6. The Camry checks all those boxes
I liked the Accord the best, due to superior driving dynamics, better styling, and very pleasing dash.
Just wanted to say congrats on 100K! If its anyone who deserves it, it's you guys! I left a comment on your website and dont know if you were able to see it but hopefully you will. Have a great weekend and dont party too hard 😁🍷
Aww thanks so much! We'll have to take a look at the site, we don't use it all that much at all!
2019 Lexus es 350 for me
I second that
Personally think GS 350 looks better. And it's AWD system is RWD bias making it fun to corner.
@@xFlared not really
Me too, interest rate is lower as well
@@mattX5 Who cars about German junk. I want quiet, smooth, comfortable, reliable, and great value. If I want performance, I will buy a sport bike.
Accord rear end doesn't seems appealing as compared to Camry
Yup that is the only downside of Accord.. plus the front end of camry is very attractive af
And the camrys front end is not as good as the accord imo
@@vedanttaneja4428 who says accord front is appealing 😂

Congrats on 100k, keep up the good work.
Thanks so much!!
@@Saturdayz_In_The_Fall NUTS???
THE ACCORD LOST ITS NUTS WHEN ITS V6 GOT DROPPED AND THIS HIDEOUS BODYSTYLE WAS INTRODUCED!
HAVE A SEAT!
#CASEDISMISSED😘💩💩
Damn you got shamed LOL!!!!!
And that's why I sold my accord for my Avalon. I love big cars and my Avalon isn't a eye sore like the accord.
FYI the soft materials on the rear doors only comes on the x trims. Lower trims are hard though.
@@Saturdayz_In_The_Fall I'd rather have a big grille than a hideous exterior unlike the accord which looks terrible from all angles
Congrats one 100 k
Thanks so much!
Love the accord , the camry too with the v6 engine .. great comparison 👍
I like both of them, but I would probably go for a Lexus ES if I were in the market for four door midsize. Thanks for another great review.
Agreed, but with at least $10K price difference over these mid range models I am guessing the ES is over budget for many.
unable to compare with es
So you prefer numb steering over a responsive one.
2:17 The accord also have led turn signals 😉
Very good video with a complete comparison.
Coming from a mechanic that worked on both Toyota’s and Honda I can say Toyota takes the win by a mile, Honda engineers are the devils!!
Frijolito what wrong with Honda design?
James Medina their harder to work on...
Frijolito I gathered that by your 1st comment so thats why I asked you "what" makes them hard to work on
James Medina just in general the way they place their parts and how hard it it’s to access them not going to lie Toyota has its fair share of stupid parts placement but Honda takes it to another level
I appreciate the time you took to make this video.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!
Camry looks better hands down
Hung Lo no one put hands up so
I agree
No way Accord for the kill
Accord over Camry LE or XLE.
Camry XSE over any accord
@@SarahJames2669 You actually think the Accord looks good? Man, I think it is ugly as hell. The type R civic looks like hell to. Wtf was Honda thinking with all that stupid plastic chunks everywhere. The Civic si is a nice looking car, but the hatchback looks dumb.
Great review but you're incorrect about the accord, you can always display the tachometer on the left side behind anything else, you just need to set it on the main display screen
First thing I'd do on that Accord is put mesh in that lower bumper. One rock at highway speed and you'd be thanking yourself.
You forgot the fuel capless in Accord, and in my opinion, the tachometer and odermeter in Accord way more functional and sportier. In short, Accord smokes Camry out
That's true, that boost gauge when switching to sport mode in the Accord is sick!
Big whoop.
Plus 6 speed manual availability in both Sport trims. Love my 2.0T 6 speed!
I'll take the Camry with the v6
glad to see honda is doing much of the same... I always love their cars...
thanks for the unbiased review!
Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you nice comparsion
Great Comparison
Thanks!
Car Confections You welcome
Car Confections Are you going to review the 2020 Highlander when it comes out?
I chose accord cause of the fog lights.
The accord is what i go for
I couldn't tell with speakers were better. I test drove the camry today and I didn't like the infotainment system. The fade/balance was dead smack in the middle and most the sound seemed like it came from the front and had to move it all the way to the back speakers basically to hear the music infront and behind me. Was disappointed
Camry could definitely improve the screen.. These displays are so cheap these days.
AOMan A its just a damn car
Luka Gugunishvili these people are the reason why car companies are charging stupendous amounts on their vehicles.. non-essential items like screens for the damn radio, 10 extra cup holders, 5 extra power outlets, a GPS system that you dont need.. LED trim lights inside the cabin.. all the more distraction between the driver and the road.
Eddie Wow exactly
I have the 2020 Camry SE with the convenience package. It's an amazing car. However I do like the Accord and will look at it in the near future.

Thanks for the video.
Push Button is the worst your kids can just take the key and in the dashboard will say how to start the car and your kids can just drive away
Honda Accord all day.🤘
Awesome. Reveiw. My choice is camry
The accord should have 2 more points in transmission since it comes with a manual.
I help anytime much agreed
Excellent video !! I went with the 2020 Camry SE in predawn grey. Thank you !!
Thanks and congrats on your new Camry! Have a great New Year!!
Great video!
I would choose camry
Hands down
Same as well.
@@asdfghjqwertyu1858 Toyota engines have dual injection bro
@@vishalakula8451 Toyota has both port and direct injection, which means the toyota is still going to less likely to have carbon build up versus the Hondas only direct injected engines.
@Shock How do you know?
@Shock Have you driven the Toyota Camry V6, and if so does it sound better than the 2.0L turbo four?
I love mine!!!!
Camry without any hesitations
The se camry is a sheep in wolf's clothing. The accords back half is beyond me. Couldn't look at that everyday. Bought the camry.
Lol 😂
#FACTS 😎💪💪
Accord Sport 2.0T and Camry XSE would be another great comparison video. ; )
Thanks! We would love to do another comparison with the 2.0T and V-6 models!
4:09 In Canadá the accord sport have keyless entry and remote start
My buddy had a 2.0 accord. It suffered from oil dilution. He sold and and got a Camry TRD
If it was the TRD version I'd probably take the camry. That thing is sick looking
