This place is NOT tiny. I love all her furniture choices and storage decor. There’s lots of eye candy. The only things that are small, are the kitchen and bathroom. Each of my three NY apartments had windows in the kitchen and two of them had windows in the bathroom. I left NYC in 1990, and the one thing I miss having, in every place I’ve lived since, is windowsills. They are great for plants and knick knacks that won’t fade from exposure to the sun. I love the vintage feel of Jasmine’s apartment. She pays more in rent, than I gross in a month. She is living her best life, and I’m loving her best life. Thanks for sharing her home with us!

It’s tiny…because we are so used to seeing unreasonable tiny places this looks big…but this is what a tiny house should actually look like and be legal to call tiny lol I love it and I’m happy she has an awesome landlord

She has an incredibly wonderful laugh! I bet she's a delight to know. That apartment is so great! I can't believe how huge her dining table is, and yet there's so much room around it. Same with the bedroom. Most of the apartment that aren't with really wealthy people in mind are cramped but not this one. Of course, she's done and amazing job with her storage choices and such. I really love that place. She's very lucky to have it.

Beautiful human being. Could tell Levi was a rescue before hearing his origin story, and that to me, speaks volumes about who she is. Not only that, she's had him a long time and never gave him up as countless people have, esp with their 'covid dogs'. She deserves this sweet deal and i wish i could be her bestie.

I didn't find her apartment to be tiny at all! I loved the size of her living space a lot and the bedroom is spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were a little small, but as a whole the place is lovely and not cramped! Loved her personality and style and her doggie is adorable!
Yeah, this is not what I would call a tiny apartment. Not even close. There's enough space for a big dog and even her kitchen is bigger than mine.

Omg Levi is such a chill dog! Not 1 bark from him & there's a stranger in his house! This place is perfect! What a deal to fall in2! By 2day's standards it definitely isnt small & in-unit laundry!!!! & the location!!! She's really maximized all the space!

This is probably the best video you have done in the years I have followed you. Please tell Jasmine that she is adorable and deserves all the breaks she is getting. She is the epitome of what it takes to “succeed” in New York - all while doing good in her work life. She is positive and smart in so many ways. She is wise with her money, doing so much DIY and cooking rather than getting meals delivered. She has such a good eye, making her apartment attractive (artistic) and practical at the same time. She obviously loves life and allows herself to indulge in her “luxuries” (shoes and handbags) while somehow staying within her budget. To boot, she is a dog lover. Her rescue dog, Levi, is obviously living in a caring household and is absolutely adorable. … Would she consider having a 76-year-old coming for Thanksgiving dinner if I brought a suitable bottle or two of wine or champagne from the Pacific Northwest (I live in Portland, Oregon)? I live in a HUD apartment facility and have lived in Washington,D.C.-so I understand what it takes to live on a limited income in an expensive area.

This is a really gorgeous apartment, in a great part of Manhattan and definitely a steal, in terms of the rent. As an aside, I love Jasmine's personality. I just hope that she remains bubbly, even after living in NYC. One way to remain optimistic is to take a stroll in nature. Lucky for her, she lives a block or so away from Central Park. I wish her nothing but the best.

Now that is an flat worth the rent. The living and bedroom are roomy and Jasmine is using the rest of the effectively. I wish her joy in her home and job.

The fact that $3600 is now considered a "deal" completely blows my mind! Great spot though. This is the apt I could only wish to have if I was to move back to NY. But I've gotten used to paying less than $600/month in Pittsburgh, albeit the boring city is is by comparison.
Agree, sadly she's actually getting a deal because this usually goes for $4,000+. NYC blows my mind, but the city is unlike any where else.
@@saaunique I lived there for about 25 yrs of my adult life. Sometimes the city annoyed me with the noise and smell, but more often than not I experienced things there that I could never have experienced in any other city (I'm a musician and got to play with Aretha Franklin there!). Sadly I just could not afford it anymore. I'm not sure just how any of my remaining artist/musician friends can survive. The majority have been pushed out of city limits and into surrounding Jersey suburbs or at the very least, other boroughs. If you're lucky enough to pull in six figures, it's a great city, especially for young people.
I love the apartment and the renter! She's done a great job using the space, her decoration is really fantastic-everything is the right size. Please tell her that there are movable air conditioners at Lowe's and Home Depot; the bad thing is they're really expensive. If I were in NY, I'd love to live there. You both had a good time making this video!

Jasmine's place is rocking it. She has it furnished really nicely. Much better than this guy could ever imagine to do. And I like the overall ambience of the place. I think what really sets it apart is its size and, bonus, the in-unit washer and dryer. And the price she is paying for the place seem reasonable. Don't take offense, but this place is much nicer than many of the similarly priced units that are typically shown. I guess if you want a nice place to live, it appears from what I have seen so far on this channel, you either need to get into a new building via lottery or know somebody who is moving out. And Levi is a rock star, too.

What an fabulous apartment in a fantastic location and... Oh my goodness, how sweet is Jasmine! I feel like we were separated at birth! Wayfair and Amazon, my two favorite online shopping destinations. We also have the same exact Sofa, Bed-frame and Multi-colored Dresser. (I actually have several pieces from that particular collection!) I love the way she decorated her apartment and her charming personality!
