As a truck driver father who has lost his wife and child, left on disability, I love the family togetherness, and I miss it terribly. You all make life a little better for me. Thank You.
Old internationals are tough! I worked on a 77 scout 2 that sat for about twenty years and WAS locked up. We soaked the cylinders with a little mystery oil and managed to break it free. Rebuilt the carb and a basic tune up and it runs great!
7 minutes into the video and I honestly have to say, that I love this video better than the last TR ones. They seemed overproduced and artificial. This video is more honest, more personal and real teamwork. That's what Iove about it. Production is also great and the music's not too loud. Keep up the great work!
Haven’t seen the last ones. I thought this one was way overproduced. 25 minutes in to get a battery hooked up. Most ‘will it start’ videos are 10 minutes.
To see a Father and Son able to work together as well as you do is something old school. I never had that chance with my dad before he passed away and regret it every day. Now i have a son of my own that is 22 and is trying to start a life of his own and hope and pray that we can do things together. God bless you both! You truly have a special relationship.
I have several old Scouts. Tremendous video - great production, multiple cameras, nice lighting, good sound track. And of course the old Scout was the star.
I want to say how very impressed I am. The camera angles are great. The movement between the clips are wonderfully timed. Great choices in music. Glad to see the loving camaraderie between father and son. Absolutely correct lighting and f-stop with good depth of field and steady non-shaky movement. Makes each shot look like living photographs. God will anoint your efforts.
Thank you sir for your feedback! So very encouraging to hear! It’s hard, and we’re all learning but I’m 100% convinced that God is in this. All for His Glory!! God bless brother!
@@RESTORED-HOPE Sorry for being long-winded but I feel like that you and your father are fulfilling a niche that is desperately needed. The two of you visibly have the type of father-son relationship that fathers and sons are desperate to see. He will use you. He will provide. Do not be afraid.

Great video. My Dad bought a 61 Scout in 1976. I drove it more than he did and did a lot of damage to it but I was determined to keep it running. I think I touched just about every part of that Scout the years we owned it. Carburetor, fuel tank and gauge unit, brakes, differentials, drive shafts, transfer case, transmission, electrical, seat, body, etc. I had a lot of good memories driving it and learned a lot working on it. One thing I never understood was why IH used so many SAE(fine thread) bolts and nuts. I broke many trying to loosen them.
Love that you have not given up l like the new show , a lot of us are here for you and the content restoring vehicles, don't over cook the religion and lose people, all the best, Steve in Thailand.

Wow! The patina on that Scout is off the charts! I’ve been trying to patina my Scout 80 to look like this for 6 months now. It will never look as natural as this one does but you’ve given me so many more ideas on how I want mine to look. Great job, God Bless.
Glad I found this video. My future son in law gave me a 62 80 that I will start working on this winter. Mine is in much worse shape, I will start by building a new frame to hang the body on. Looking forward to more videos.

Love that you have not given up l like the new show , a lot of us are here for you and the content restoring vehicles, don't over cook the religion and lose people, all the best, Steve in Thailand.
that little speech at the end was very nice i hope you keep it up.. and remember you dont have to be perfect progress a day at a time makes a difference for me its been over 43 years since i stopped the craziness im not perfect at all but i have a life and i can experience it.. bless you fellas and your family
Fantastic to see you both back . You and your father have a bond that god has blessed you with. Your skill and determination make this show my favourite on the entire UA-cam . God bless you both for battling through. We all appreciate it . Stewart from Norfolk, England
Nice old scout, glad to see you bring this machine backto be RESTORED.
Really great job getting this old Scout running again. Thank you for your testimony and praise to the Lord as well!
Great camera work, music, I love your final words. This is the right direction for sure!
Enjoy the time you have with ur dad. Me and my father used to be the same way now he has gotten were he just can't handle the heat. So he just sits around the house i miss those days more than anything i have ever done in life.
So glad to see a old binder brought back to life, I have saved 3 myself ‘66, ‘67 and a’79
Awesome to see you and dad back at it , and don’t worry your fan base will come back to you
