Since 2018 Rodgers has 136 TDs and 15 INTs spanning 1623 pass attempts over 64 games.
Out of those 15 INTs at least a handful of them were either deflected or hit a receiver's hands which led to a pick.

For the most part, I thought this was a good list. Dan Marino not being on this list surprised me as many people agree that he had the strongest arm in NFL history pre-1990. My personal pick for strongest arm ever is Jeff George. This is a very opinion based topic, but I think George's motion and film support this statement. George threw the ball with a unique grip where his index finger was placed behind the football, at the back tip, which allowed him to give the ball an extra push. He could make amazing throws without even moving his hips and his velocity was ridiculous. I think another guy that should've been on this list is Jamarcus Russell. He could throw 70 yards while on his knees.
Thanks for not including Brady btw. A lot of people try to start and end this conversation with the near completion to Moss in SB 42.

*Although he has comparable arm strength to Josh Allen and Mahomes (75+ air yard pass; longest pass by PFF), he often gets discredited due to his inconsistency at times.*
*Although his outstanding deep ball accuracy leads to a lot of splash plays and highlights, Baker's extreme overconfidence in his throwing ability leads to a lot of untimely sacks and back-breaking number of interceptions (just like his idol, Brett Favre). This is why you almost never see him slide or throw the ball out of bounds.*

One thing my dad noticed about Favre as he got older was he noticed that the throws had just a bit more of touch on them. Now he could be completely wrong, but he said as Favre's time in Green Bay was coming to a close, the throws looks just a bit different. Maybe a Minnesota fan can speak to how his throws looked in his time with the Vikings, but My dad watch Favre religiously from 1992 - 2007, and he watched him in Minnesota too when thye played Green bay. maybe it's just the idea the throw changed as he got older, but if anyone else noticed this about him, or any other QB, i'd love to hear their take on it.

He tore the bicep tendon in his throwing arm the year he played for the Jets. It may have been causing him problems for a few years before it finally tore, but he was definitely different afterward.

I saw Cunningham play against the Giants in Giant stadium. He was midfield and a rusher was around his feet, so he couldn’t step into the throw. He saw someone open downfield to his left, saw a guy open on the sideline and flicked it downfield 55 yards plus the sideways length hitting the guy in the hands (although incomplete, as I recall).
It was a windy day, so that might have helped, but I was gobsmacked all the same that he could through the ball that effortlessly, long, and accurately with a guy at his feet and no ability to step into the throw.

He never succeeded in the NFL, but I went to the University of Houston back when David Klingler was their QB running the Run and Shoot, and he had an absolute cannon for an arm. I swear I saw him making passes that were 80 yards in the air.

I'd put Favre over Vick because they clocked speeds once and I believe Favre came out on top. And there were tons of stories of him ruining people's hands.
