Have latest and greatest 1500 W grill and griddle model! LOVE IT! Powerful, great design, and so easy to clean. Debuted it last weekend for Shabu-shabu hot pot and grill entertaining on big table with the leaves pulled out! Did ace job with fresh prawns, spicy pork gyoza, salmon, Shabu-shabu ribeye, mushrooms, and pork belly! They redesigned the lid to optionally stay connected to the base unit, and now the water pan pulls right out of the front, for easier filling. Definitely high value for our needs.
I wipe it down (grill or griddle) with Bounty paper towels while it is still hot. Easy to wipe down the base. The aluminum insert needs to be cleaned (sink or dish washer) it will stain. No worries.
Nothing special about this grill but it does what it says, i cooked steaks, sausage, burgers, ribs, corn, peppers/ onions and asparagus. Not like outdoor simply because no flame or flare ups but does remove most to all smoke but not smell not even range hood does that

Awesome little Grill... just bought two of them used for a total of $40 bucks! One for me and one for my lil Sis... Work Great! ;) :D
Hey, I purchased mine, new, at Walmart,...forget shipping I paid 100.00 bucks
4:40 noooo my juices!!
I don't think one can cook large meats like brisket because of the small drain pan unless you stop cooking to check the drain pan. Any suggestions?
Sams club have these for $69.99 currently.
Tina Whyly yea right? You will have to buy a sams club card too. If do not it will be 115$
WM had them before Christmas for 49.99
How is the cleanup on this machine?
If you are smart enough to use a little oil on all non stick ware clean up is easy. Google it.
If you are smart enough to barely oil cooking services before grilling you will have no problems

It's a real pain in the but if you don't oil the grill plate.
