  • In this interview in Thai language (starting @4:07) themed “Learning and Leading in this crisis", Khun Krittee Manoleehagul, General Manager, Tencent International Business Group, Managing Director, Tencent (Thailand) offered both profound insights and practical tips in response to these questions:
    1. What are leadership lessons you have learnt along the Covid-19 crisis?
    2. Which ‘qualities’ do you recommend that leaders develop, in order to be effective in times of crisis?
    3. The future of business will certainly be characterized by continuous and fast change; what recommendation would you have for employees to adapt to continuous and fast change?
    4. What advice would you give to companies in terms of developing the performance of their employees and making them ‘future-ready’?
    5. What do you see as important pillars of a company culture, going forward?
    6. As a CEO and regional leader with so many responsibilities, how to you manage to keep energetic and clear-minded in our very turbulent environment?
    7. If you could give only 3 pieces of advice to CEOs, based on your experience in this crisis, which ones would they be?
