    95 grain Nosler BT , H4350 , Winchester brass , 9 1/2 primers at a 100yds clover leaf sub MOA , try it .

This reloader ain't very smart, if you can't get a .243 shoot, you need to quit reloading.

Looks like a bunch of 2"+ groups to me. If that is what makes you happy, go with it.

.. I have a Leupold VX2 Utra-light 2-7x28mm scope on my CVA Scout ... seems to be the fad to put big huge culvert pipe "umpteen power" variable scopes on light hunting guns these days ... I don't get it ... but everybody to their own

... it's a fallacy ... the scope doesn't have to weigh as much as the gun

Imr 4895 is not really a gd powder in .243 unless your shooting 70gr down to the 55 bt. You tend to run short on velocity and high on pressure.
Medium burn rate powder such as Imr 4350,4831, 4451 work best for 75-95. For 100's the 4831's, rl22 slower burn powders..
Been shooting .243 in groundhog matches out to 800 yds in factory class for 15 year and 25-06 in light varmint class(110eldx) for 8 years.
Hope this helps out going forward.
Like the channel and a new sub.

Maybe if you would use better quality scopes and rifles you would have better results it ain't the fault of the .243 chambering.

... need to spend at least $50 on a quality scope

I personally have never seen a tack driving 243.

Factory ammo. Probably not driving tacks.
Very easy to drive tacks(LMFAO) if enough attention to detail is pd during R&D.
Been shooting .243,25-06 in matches past 15yrs. They both will shoot under .5 moa out to 800 yds.
90% operator and 10% gun at fault if you can't drive your tacks.

…. there are many more bad shooters than bad rifles

@user-po9hy9th7w I agree . Just because I've seen a hand full of crooked shooting 243 s don't mean it is an inaccurate cartridge. I did have a Remington varmit special back in the early 1970s that was a tack drive for a period of time. Burned out the barrel on that one. It loved the 117 grain Sierra boat tail.
