Dr Berg , if Soy is bad for us especially those who are struggling with female low estrogen then would you please explain to your viewers why Japanese eat a lot of soy and they benefit from it for longer and healthy life and it’s been part of their diet for years and years so please explain so you can enlighten us the difference?
@Klkc7 Listen carefully to what he is saying. He already answered that question. He said that the soy that Asian use is different from the soy that we use here in america

@FOXX MEOWS 2 - NEWS Almonds take an enormous amount of water (cost to irrigate, labor costs, machinery). Not cost productive with water shortages. I would rather have the water used to drink to grow the tree and process the nut to make 'milk' than have to deal with almond 'milk'.
@FOXX MEOWS 2 - NEWS It's not real almonds, A. And B, if you have a calcium oxalate issue (renal stones), than NO to that. Coconut milk is best. You're not getting almond. Be careful! it's thickened milk, with artificial almond flavor.
One rule, if the government wants you to eat it and mainstream media recommend it... Don't eat it. I remember reading that the Roman empire changed the farming methods from barley to corn... The Roman army got sick and the empire fell.
The word "Corn" is referred to grains in this sense. Thats where I think the confusion lies. Romans didn't have "Maize". So perhaps, wheat barley, or some other sh1t if that is the case.
Dr. Berg, when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease nine years ago, I also became allergic to soy. I experienced severe itching. You are so correct, soy is in everything! I read every label thoroughly. Thank you!
I hate being a prisoner in my own house especially the kitchen every time I want to eat. I missed the freedom of eating any junk food. I could be in isolated and deserted freeway and eat any craps at the rest area convenience store or gas station without feeling guilty. Ignorance is indeed a bliss!!
I'm a male who switched to soy milk about 15 years ago thinking it would be healthier than cow's milk. Within a month I developed a severe lump in my left breast. My doctor told me he thought I had breast cancer. I asked about the possibility of switching to soy being the cause. He poo-poo the idea and ordered tests out the wazoo, so I quit soy on my own. My gynecomastia cleared right up within a month. I switched my dietary habits and my doctor and have never looked back. No soy for me thanks.
Dr. Berg, ever since I have been following your program, I noticed that I no longer suffer from inflammation of the joints or arthritis of the hands (which I have been suffering from for a long time.) For the past two weeks, I've been manually digging and moving dirt with a shovel, daily, for hours. And, although, i am tired at the end of the day, my joints aren't achy. Your keto IF program enabled me to work just as hard, if not harder than before, but without all the soreness that usually comes with it. I started IF on April 1st, and started healthy keto, June 1st. I have gone from 139 lbs., back in April 2022, to under 125, today. I was addicted to eating and I learned that not eating so much, especially all those bad things, really makes a difference! I am always telling people to check out your videos because it worked for me, for certain. I commented to a UA-camr in Korea, to check you out because she has been struggling with her weight, and although she didn't reply, she mentioned in her last video, that she is watching you. It is my firm belief that your videos are the most useful information on the internet. Thank you!
I stopped using soy products and canola products over a year ago. That stuff is in Everything!! My inflammation is gone now, being on healthy keto, omad, reading labels ,getting as much organics and grass fed products as I can. At one point I was going to have a hip replacement, a hip replacement at 52 ,that's crazy. I walked with a cane and was in total pain. I thought it was from being a runner. Now my hips never bother me. No pain at all. What a difference a year can make. Thanks to Dr. Berg.
@@EmilyJohnson558 all beef is grass fed. You need to make sure and buy grass fed grass finished. No grains are fed to grass fed grass finished. Yes you will pay more for it. It cost more to produce.
@@lemonyskunkketts7781 yep, it's hard to trust even the ingredients list these days. A few years ago, I saw something called "durum flour" in a cracker (or some other baked good that uses flour); I looked it up and it turns out that it's a variant of common whole wheat, yet nowhere on the label did it say it contained wheat. I've seen similar for soy; a common one is 'vegetable oil', which is usually a mix of canola/another oil along with soybean oil, but it's only called vegetable oil, and nowhere does it say it's made with soy, so unless you call the company and ask which kind of vegetable oil they use, you could be eating it without knowing. Unless you find 100% canola or vegetable oil that is specified to be made with only canola/some other oil that is not soy, chances are it has soy. It's wild how brands can get away with this, but I'm assuming there's some amount of soy/wheat/nuts/other they can use before being legally required to specify it's being used, just like how there's an amount of insect parts allowed in food before it's regulated lol. I get that bug parts are more of an... "unavoidable defect" and aren't really as dangerous as an unnamed common food allergy, but still xD
I stopped eating processed soy products back in 2005 when I began having ovarian cysts and hormone problems from it . It’s so toxic and it’s put in so many of our foods today . I read all ingredients now and avoid it like the plague . I only use hemp milk for anything related to having to use for milk substitute.
Don’t be under the assumption that hemp is not treated with herbicides. Hemp is now big business and in turn can’t incur losses. The same herbicides used on corn and soy are being tested and used on hemp.
Hey doc, you taught me a million videos ago to avoid soy which I try to do as often as possible so thank you for that. I also learned this past year about "Soy Boys" and living in a city off the Carolina coast I can see a lot of them around which is very disheartening as I don`t think they know how sick they are growing breasts and being overweight. My biggest downfall is chicken which I love and get regularly from our local non organic markets as I cannot afford chickens from the farmers markets though I do buy and eat their "grass fed" eggs. Please be careful and tread lightly when mentioning our government sponsored and approved foods as millions of us count on you for our health and well being. I no longer trust our Alphabet agencies esp after that nasty virus that went around. Keep up the good work!
I've done my electrical career at Central Soya. They use hexane to separate the oil from the bean. I've not desired to eat powdered soybean or the oil in 26 years.
I sent this information to my friends because I’ve been telling them this for years and they didn’t believe me. So thank you and hopefully they will believe you .
I returned home from a trip to the grocery store where I purposely did not purchase any food containing soy. I opened up my phone to learn today with Dr. B and . . . _this!_
I’m convinced soy baby formula caused my daughter to have PCOS. It was a popular formula when she was a baby, and several of her friends also have a PCOS diagnosis. I really wish they’d do a study on this.
Glad you brought this up, Dr. Berg. But this is far from new. Because I'm a vegetarian, I've know about the toxicity in the soy bean and its products for over 30 years. And I've avoided it since. I don't even eat those so called meat substitutes made for vegetarians out of soy products. The fact that it takes such a long time to cook the soya bean through (at least 2 and half hours) is indicative of its level of toxicity. This is the main reason the Asian health methods advise against it. I'm very happy you reminded us of this matter though, and to give so much pertinent information as well. Many thanks.
I drink around a litre of soy milk a day, I dont have any problems from it. people are obsessed with the idea that the most important thing for our health is what we eat. you know why? because its easy to change that. and its easy to virtue signal like every man and his dog on this comment thread. but its not easy to get out of your mind and into your body properly. What about exercise, breath, meditation, yoga, challenging the body through cold immmersion, fasting etc?
@@tristanmules7995 Well, what can I say? Enjoy your poison! As for the rest of it, this topic was just about soya beans. Every other healthy style of living is always part of the deal.
@@tristanmules7995 I know someone in my family who's extremely healthy. He also smokes every day at least 3 cigarettes. Everyone tells him that smoking is bad for his health. But he says, "I smoke every day" and "I don't have any problems from it". "But people are obsessed that the most important thing for our health is to not put toxic things into our body". "What about lifestyle, yoga, meditation, fasting, cold exposure, exercise?". He says it's because "it's easy to stop putting poison in our bodies and every man and his dog can do it but not easy to the other things". I think he's very smart. Equally as smart as you. Maybe you should get to know him.
@@tristanmules7995 Jokes aside, the things you mentioned are quite important. But our hunter gatherer ancestors weren't doing meditation or yoga or what not. And, they were undoubtedly healthier than nearly all people alive today. It's fine to do these things as an extra. But food is very basal and has the biggest impact by far. Just changing the diet of a man on purely junk food to a healthy diet, even a healthy carb diet (which isn't what our ancestors ate) will make more of an impact than exercising for 3 hours and being in the cold for 2 and meditation for 1 and so on. And, I've tried all those things.
Am glad be among millions of people watching Doctor's informative videos on having a healthy happy 😊, more blessings to you doctor and every person watching you 👍
It took me 3 years to figure out I had a soy issue. My biggest problem was experiencing memory loss. I would wake up the next day and couldn't remember what I did the day before. As soon as my inflammation went away I had no memory issues. All I can say is be very concerned and careful if your having inflammation issues!
Soy was one of the first things I excluded right along with added sugars and have dropped over 40lbs since January this year! I've never ckecked my labels so much, but I've never dropped so much weight so fast without being able to increase my mobility!
Had friend that had trouble losing weight and she would gain 5 lbs of weight overnight. I told her she really needed to read all labels!😱. Additives are very bad for us!
I swear this man actually knows and actually explains the truth of health problems.I can say from actually getting bettrr by watching his vids and do my own research.Had stomach problems and found out i had low stomach acid.Wanna say personally thank you Berg.Keep doing what you are doing. You are a blessing.

I’ve been soy free for almost a year of course on certain occasions like holidays there are exceptions when I eat soy and let me just tell u I always feel like garbage after I eat soy I get headaches im irritable my bms are off and if I start my period on soy they are horrific my cramps are terrible and I’m extremely depressed but cutting out soy has improved my life so much I have more energy im generally happier I don’t have brain fog my back pain isn’t as bad it has genuinely helped taking it out of my life
Can you go over the difference between soy in Asian foods (generally fermented) and western soy usage? You didn’t really touch on it in this video and you alluded that fermented soy is generally okay assuming it’s non GMO and the ingredients are fine. Thank you!
Yes I want to know more about this since Asians have been eating soy products like tofu, tempeh, natto, soy milk for like thousands of years. So is it fine only if organic then?
Asian soy is non-GMO. And it’s not all fermented, although we do eat a lot of fermented soy. We eat soy like westerners eat cheese. We create many different varieties out of soy beyond just tofu and soy milk. We even use them for desserts. And I’m not sure why Dr. Berg doesn’t think we drink as much soy milk. We drink tons of soy milk, including black soy milk. While everyone in elementary school was sipping on their highly processed, sugar infested, artificial fruit juices, I was sipping on soy milk growing up. East Asians have been eating soy for decades and lived without a lot of health issues westerners had. My belief is the soy in the US is just bad. So I personally don’t touch US soy as much as I can avoid it, including tofu, in the US unless it’s grown on a Korean or Japanese farm or factory in the US. Yes they do have those. I’m also a believer that some of it has to do with your race/culture/genetics. Many Europeans don’t have lactose intolerance genetically, but many Asians do. So I think these blanket statements of soy is bad have only been tested on white westerners and mostly men and then all doctors and specialists assume it applies to everyone of all races. So please use discernment. I hear the same thing about legumes and grains, but rice is a grain and we’ve been eating that in Asia for generations, sometimes with nothing else to eat, and we have lived without as many health issues. Same with legumes. When varieties of legumes are added to rice, we consider it to be healthier. Perhaps it’s inflammatory for white people, but not for the majority of Asians. Or maybe it’s US legumes that are bad. Again, please use discernment. Every “body” is different. 😊
@@chelseaoates610 The short answer is for 1000s of years Asians were eating soy that wasn't a GMO "RoundUp ready" soy crop, genetically engineered to withstand the herbicide glyphosate.
I am also a lover from mid 19th century to early 20th century Spanish guitar music and especially Julian Arcas and Francisco Tarrega. For years I have supervised ceremonies and my preparation for them was 4 days of water fasting, the fourth day was the day of the ceremony held in the night. I did this every two weeks and over time I continued to fast after the ceremony, for a total of 5, 7, 9, 11 days until I could fast from ceremony to ceremony. In the end, I managed to fast for 25 days. And yet I noticed that the fasting did not give me a long-lasting balance, it disrupts my life / eating rhythm. I believe that you can only develop from off balance without skipping anything. Of course I also did meditation and yoga for years and there were periods when I meditated 5 hours a day. Meditation gives you balance but it also causes you to skip something, namely the reason why there is no balance in your daily life without meditation. I always did food pretty well, I wasn't a food guerrilla but saw it more as a process to improvement. Now I have been eating 2 times a day at 11 and 17 o'clock for a year and even though I ran into everything at the beginning, especially the sugar addiction, I am now really starting to experience the deep balance in my daily life and have found out that it does not matter where you stand in your life process, it is mainly about acceptance of what is there before you can find the new balance. Thanks for all the good advice and tips.
I eat a Whole Foods plantbased diet and we’ve had to avoid soy. It is almost impossible to eat whole organic soy without using a soy isolate such as soy sauce or liquid aminos. Using coconut aminos made from tree sap or just simple salt is a good alternative and if you are going to have soy.. only use organic whole soy. But it definitely should not be use as an everyday staple. Good video 👏🏽
Love your comment. I love and drink organic soy milk with no other ingredients regularly. Tried other plant-based milks, but the soy milk I found tastes and feels good for my system. Good day, and thanks again😊
Hi Dr. Eric, I was wandering if other types of LEGUMES are just as bad? If you could do a video about it in the future, that would helped a lot. Love your content, thanks for improving my health.
I am a foodie, amateur chef, bartender, and aspiring restaurateur. Curious to know what interest there is out there for a restaurant that incorporates all of Dr. Berg's recommended ingredients and lack there-of for a menu. I love the idea of eating at home for a majority of my meals, however, there are times when a restaurant setting is ideal. Looking to possibly open the healthiest restaurant in the history of restaurants. Thanks Dr. Berg for your inspiration!
Cool. I’m looking forward to promote such restaurant!! As a traveler, I definitely would be looking for such a place to go to. And it’s almost impossible to find! I’m leaning towards carnivore at this time.
What do you think about pea protein? Because it is important to be as plantbased as possible in order not to exploit animals excessively. But I definitely agree on soy here. I eat only tofu and tempeh if I succeed in making it right.
I put Nature's Promise pea protein in my liquified salads it has allowed me to cut way back on meat and seems to be a good organic, clean food source. They also make a collagen peptide protein which I mix in. I'm getting good results so I hope this helps.
beans and rice together make a great protein, I have been meat free for a few years now and I eat Pinto Beans and Rice daily, I read about it in a survival book and they called it the PERFECT Protein. Look it up
@@vextract4662 There are rwo schools on protein combining. How long does a vegetable protein remain in the body waiting for another to join in a complete protein? The notion that it doesn't matter is hog wash. Plant protein is one of the first to get processed in the gut. 12 Hours later means nothing.

Asian countries have been eating soy as a staple for many, many years, and have significantly lower cancer rates, cardiovascular disease, among other things.
@@Casm7 You can buy imported items. Things like Kikikoman soy sauce are imported from Asia either way, or most anything you buy in the Asian section of a store. Not sure what products you're buying. If you want the most genetically modified and filler type bioenginered substance... yes, enjoy your soy ! 😉 an estrogenic plant isn't for especially cancer folks.
Great Video Dr Berg. You say conflicting, I think just about every food and food group has conflicting information about it. We know many positive trials may be financed by vested interests. Then we have conflicting opinions on healthy vegetables and grains. Lastly, caffeine. I hear about a new study every other week. One week its good to have a couple of cups per day, next week not. Very confusing for us ordinary people..
Hello Doctor My mother recently diagnosed NSCL ADENO as per your suggestion she is on fasting during chemo Hopefully she will get good response and the mass will be resected
Fasting is good, but without REAL nutrition body cannot repair/heal and maintain itself. Look into juicing (vegetables because of low sugar content, not fruits). There are many anti-cancer properties in certain vegetables and herbs if one can handle. Onions, garlic, chili, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, green teas etc all anti-cancer. Carrot juice is high in vitamins A, but also has some sugar in it. Therefore recommend you don't drink alot of juice all at once. Instead 1 cup you can divide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Idea is because you consume such low calories, you still get benefits from "fasting", BUT giving body nutrients to HEAL. Look up "Gerson therapy". Good luck and best wishes to you!
I guess we as adults can control what we eat, but not always our children, as they tend to imitate the others in eating sugary snacks or carb foods, yet we ourselves sometimes don't have too many options of where and what to eat if we're on trips or holidays, etc.
What about the non GMO soy as we have in the UK, compared to the GMO soy sold in the USA. I'm 20 years breast cancer survivor. I stopped doing dairy on my oncologist advice... Never had a recurrence . I drink organic soy milk and fermented soy products.
Look the world is one ,you are in UK they told stay away from dairy which is better than the US type but you cannot stay away from soy because you are in UK after having breast cancer .WAW OK SUIT YOURSELF.

My 9 month old has a milk allergy so has to have soy formula sometimes. I still breastfeed him and will continue to do so until he no longer needs milk but as I work 3 days a week and cant always pump enough milk, he sometimes needs a top up of formula when im not with him. This video puts me off giving him soy formula! I tried a rice formula but he hated it 😔
Our son had the same. Someone recomended goats milk. We tried it and he loved it. Its the closest form of milk to breast milk. Try to get an organic goats milk. Has a more smoother tast than the conventional regular goats milk. Hope this helps.
Dr. Berg, can you please site the research that shows that soy is estrogenic and negatively impacts hormones? I've seen a few controlled studies that was done on men consuming unfermented soy over a 12 month period that showed no change in their hormones. I'd love to be able to compare the two, please.
Thank you Dr Berg we appreciate your input about soy. I've been avoiding soy products for The last 5 Years. My brother and his wife since 2020 Have been eating at home and they tell me that they've been feeling better than ever. my brother goes for his annual yearly check up in 2 weeks but he says he really does feel good since he's been eating at home. they haven't gone out to eat since 20/20 the money they've saved he's put towards a new barbecue that he got this spring. It's charcoal nothing fancy. but for the summer he's going to be barbecuing and he's really happy about it they're saving money just by eating at home. but of course they are retired have been since 2018 but they're very happy with their lifestyle, they try to eat healthy and so do I. 🤗
Our family has slowly switched from vegetable oils to butter, coconut oil, bacon fat, and lard. It makes the food taste better. Biscuits are flakier and fluffier with coconut oil. I use butter to saute my veggies. Bacon fat to grease the pan for pan frying (you don't drown the food, you just have enough fat to keep it from burning).
Hi doctor Berg, I have this fat on my stomach that won't go away even though I changed my diet, work out and the rest of my body is skinny. I was tested for fatty liver in 2018 but that came up negative. Do you have any suggestions what else I could do?
Have you tried Intermittent fasting 16-8, with two meals during 8hr period, and no snacking in between? Also daily walks, 5-10.000 steps a day, nothing extreme. It should do the trick 😊
Apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons a day, morning & night will aid in weight loss / lower triglycerides. But only use short term, I don't know long term side effects from it. Green tea whenever eating fatty meals also helps, and boosts metabolism and is a stimulant great for workout. (however can inhibit iron and other mineral absorbtion). Other than that, diet and exercise. Balancing between Energy input and activity level. 30 minutes, 3-5 x a week, moderate intensity activity. The more harder, or longer you work out the more your body will basically cannabalize / eat itself. Which is why if body builders ate normally until they are "full" they'd remain toned/shredded, but considered "small". That's why they have to force feed themselves and eat 3x the normal amount of calories just to maintain themselves (which is very unhealthy and increases all case mortality). So work on frequency, intensity and duration of exercise, and or/ subtract around ~500 calories a day from diet. Incorporate some weight training. Body doesn't adapt without enough stressors.
@@ronaldd2154 appreciate the advice. I'm still recovering from gastritis atm. It's been over 2 years and hopefully it'll clear up in a couple of months then I can use your advice on the apple cider vinegar
Hello Dr Berg. Can you comment on rice please? I am following your keto advice however a Chinese friend on mine remarked that Chinese people in China eat a lot of rice (carbs) but are not fat. I checked the stats and obesity rate in China is 7% compared to 28% in UK and 42% in USA. So how come Chinese eat a diet of carbs and so not get fat? Indeed I understand that rice is a "fast carb" that should spike insulin more. Thanks.
He answers this in at least one video. Their obesity definitely increases. I sometimes checked this and didn’t see rice mixed with fats, which could be a factor as to why they have less obesity. But he gave more detail.
Problem is many people don’t know how to listen to their bodies. They mistake cravings for hunger etc. People are so accustomed to eating sugar and other bad stuff, they don’t know how it feels to be truly healthy
What I want to know, Dr. Berg, is whether or not eating Organic Non-GMO fermented Tempeh is safe for me to eat? And is it healthy for me to eat? I need clarity on this, please.
If you're having soy as a staple in diet, then reduce until it's not anymore...if you're vegetarian it can be a real challenge to get enough high quality protein (I have been there) Well Being Alice Stanley
Soy protein is not bioavailable to humans unless it is fermented. But American dietitians and nutrition professionals continue to tout soy as high in quality protein despite containing an anti enzyme the human gut can not break down.
I just found out oils like soybean oil creates some of the most toxic aldehydes in the body recently. Been making my own mayo from olive oil and not eating anything with soybean or other bad oils like cottonseed or canola, I will eat olive, coconut oil or tallow. I have even been considering cutting out fast food as I don't know what oils they use.
I ate a lot of soy when I was younger, thinking it was so healthy, got to find out it was really bad for me, omg got too research everything you eat everything.
I went to a commercial keto company several years ago so I would be supervised. They had me drink five protein drinks a day. That is where they made their money. I ended up massively bleeding and having to get a hysterectomy at 59, nine years after going through menopause. I didn't realize until years later when I watched your videos that the massive soy in those protein drinks was the cause. Also, I had to be tested for scirrosis even though I don't drink. I got a Freestyle Libre from my endocrinologist. I started taking supplements for my liver. One worked great, but one made my blood sugar crash. When I looked at the ingredients, the first ingredient was soy. Everything fell into place. Soy has been poisoning me all my life. I tried to eat healthy, but things were getting worse instead of better. That's why.
I went a really long time without having soy with only a few minor moments where I accidentally had it ! And recently I found a restaurant called fresh kitchen which I really liked going to because I got tired of making my own food alot and I haven't really gone out to restaurant that much in years, so after months of eating at this place , I just now realized that some of there products have soy in it which makes Total sense because I always felt like I had Flem or mucus after eating there sometimes and so I recently tried to take out those items from the food I was getting and I definitely noticed a difference and don't have that same reaction ! It's sad that so many good things can be ruined by just one ingredient ! Other wise the food would have been totally fine for me to eat !
I'm allergic and it is challenging because it's in so many things. I have pay close attention. 3 months after eliminating it my "bipolar" symptoms went away
I starting buying soy milk to replace regular milk lattes. The barista told me that it had the highest amount of protein vs. oatmilk and I’m allergic to tree nuts so almond/cashew milk are not an option for me. But I do remember having milk that was organic and grass fed and ai think I felt better. I will have to try that again.

Well I’m confused. Dr. William Li-a cancer researcher (TedTalks & UA-cam & author of “Eat to Beat Disease”) talks about non-GMO soy in preventing cancer & so does Dr. Kristi Funk, breast cancer surgeon ( “Breasts, The Owner’s Manual”).
Soy contains a type of hormones called phytoestrogens which are very similar to estrogens. May be, this is the cause of gynecomastia.

Berg.

I have found soy even in pepper. Like you said - read labels.
Usually it says Allergens: Contains Milk, Soy
But sometimes, soy isn't listed under Allergens, but soy lethicin is clearly in the ingredient.
I had exactly the same experience as you, and also I had problems in my breast. I do avoid soy as much as I can.

No "buts" about it...this news needs to be repeated until the average person that wasn't in the know before, knows

"But people are obsessed that the most important thing for our health is to not put toxic things into our body". "What about lifestyle, yoga, meditation, fasting, cold exposure, exercise?".
Good question. I Started eating soybeans because I read it was good for women of a certain age. I want to know his thoughts on soybeans.
Indeed. Is soy yogurt “fermented “? Says on the package but to me doesn’t sound like miso natto etc

Hope this video helps!

Life = conflicting information. Listen to your body. It knows
Absolutely!!!💯%
Wow so sad

@@Jani28 The research is well documented. Please stop cherry picking what you want to believe.
you must know what your talking about because your actually glowing. I'm definitely listening
Flavcity has a lot of fast food reviews where he talks about what kind of oils they use.
Sir being a vegetarian I don't have much protein sources around me. Only I can eat is Soya chunks. Is that bad?
I ate a lot of soy when I was younger, thinking it was so healthy, got to find out it was really bad for me, omg got too research everything you eat everything.
Thank you for this information, Dr. Berg.
That's why.
Don’t give up. Now u know more u can heal yourself.
Wow 😯
Dr. Berg you have a recipe on your website for edamame dip. Is the immature soy bean ok? Or have you since changed your mind about eating edamame?
Wow. Thank you so much for sharing.
Have stopped eating at restaurants a long time ago....best decision ever!
Thanks for sharing.
How about isolated Peas ( green pea) proteins? Are they any good?
And what is with Soy Lecithin? I see this on almost every processed product in germany. Is it as bad as the stuff discussed in this video?
Yes.
Good thing is one should absolutely avoid processed foods! Farmers foods who avoid soy, corn, ect and feed their animals correctly is the way to go.
Soy is is healthy the longest lived option consumed lots of soy with no cancer and if in the healthiest part of Japan consumed lot of soy. Soy is showed to be protective but not soy oil.
Absolutely correct SIR. THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR PERFECT INFORMATIONS. 🙏
I'm allergic even to Tempeh. It creates high inflammation to my body.
Sadly in India every food item in grocery stores is loaded with corn or soy powder. Or cheap vegetable oils. When we point out that people think that I'm lunatic. Eating Carnivore is the only way to me. Kindly make a video about vegetables that cause inflammation. THANK YOU. 💖
He did make a few videos on vegetables creating inflammation. You can find them on this channel or his website.
In a month, I would love to interview a carnivore living in India, if you want this, please contact me!
I stick with what I was brought up on, everything in moderation, and balanced.
Funk had a very good explanation as to how non-GMO prevents the occurrence & reoccurrence & death from cancer. It would be enlightening if you invited them both on your program.
