People saytheir alarm did not go off when they fell, they are supposed to push the alarm button in the middle of the pendant. Someone will answer and you will get help. I am new to this device and gladly have not fallen yet, but I don't see any problems with it.
Your review mentioned a $10 extra monthly charge for fall detection? If that's true, this is the most evil money-grabbing scheme ever, because it shouldn't cost anything to use the onboard gyroscope.
