Super precise and to the point! Thank you so much! I’m going to make a sage and blue blanket!
That is going to be a BEAUTIFUL blanket
This way is so creative!!! I’ve never seen anyone make one of these types of blankets with normal straight yarn. For me, I just use loop yarn because I find it easier. :D
This is so cool! I made one for my baby cousin!
That is something how you can crochet with fingers cool!!!
Knit
Very good crocheting
It’s actually knitting. But you call it what you want.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊 have a great day
Knitting
Thank you so much ❤❤
excellent..have been looking for such video..guess its my lucky day..❤
INCRÍVEL PARABÉNS ❤
Can you make a short slower video shoeing how to make a slip knot
That seems simple😮
Nice! Just wondering if it matters how many stitches to start with, an odd or even amount?
Doesn't matter! I don't count mine and I've never had a problem. I just make the first chain a bit smaller than what I want the blanket to end up as, and just wing it the whole time. As you're always using a previous loop to make a new one, it doesn't matter. Or for the end, you use your new loop and an old one, and since you always have an old loop and your new one, odd or even does not matter. I'd highly recommend making these blankets!
@@mortsterwallace2788 THANK UUUU I just started crocheting and it was DIFFERENT all the tutorials so I decided to chain then start to knit then start to change colors while doing my project and that’s how I learnt how to crochet so I just make small plushies but today I’m getting my dream yarn and it’s similar to this tutorial one and I rlly want to make a blanket so this rlly helps
Nice ❤❤
I lam trying to learn to do this they need to make it slower for me cause I am slow learner.
I just got one of these awesome blankets! But sadly part of it came undone like in the middle. Can anyone help me fix it so i dont have to take it apart 😞 if i could id post a picture
❤
How do you incorporate more yarn once you reach the end but haven’t finished the blanket yet
You can burn the ends together of the new yarn and old yarn or tie them together
Overlap the start of the skein with the end by 5-6 inches and continue weaving. Do not tie it in a knot.
::edit:: uhhh, I feel like this is common knowledge but, FTLOG, please do not burn it either.
@@wvp07 why not tie or burn it?
❤❤
Looks great! How much yarn do you need?
I'm no expert but I've made two of these before, I've used 5-6 skeins of yarn but it really just depends on how big you want it. There's a lot of good diagrams online showing size = skeins amounts :)
How big was ur blanket in inches? @@macx6215
Can a crochet hook be used .To avoid stitches being pulled away inadvertently
It could, but you'd have to pull the hook out on every loop (which will save your fingers from cramping, I just did 5 balls in 24 hours and my thumb is killing me because of the way I hold it). But don't worrying about the loops coming loose, they're easy so save if they do, as long as you pay attention. My first 2 blankets were very loose loops, and now that I've gotten the hang of it, I can keep them very tight and I can always save the loops that "fall out".
What the sigma
O la la
Make it more clear😖
Waaay too fast for a how to video
It would be nice if you didn't speed thru not all of us learn at super speed
That's crocheting not knitting.😢😅
Actually it's knitting as you don't complete each individual loop before creating a new one. Crocheting is 1 loop at a time, and you have to finish the loop before making a new one. Knitting has many open loops that you "close" at the end of each row as you make your new row of "open" loops.
How many balls on average do you need?
It gets on my nerves
And go slower
