thanks very much i am a student just in middle school last year just obsessed with fleur Delacour dress. i am gonna make this first of paper then at my doll then myself because i have no idea of doing anything in fashion designing but i wanna be a fashion designer. i am just a complete begginner to this . i can understand very well except the whole dress part just understand the capplete. thank you hope you can explain me this a bit the part that i dont understand thank you .

Hey! I had 1 main dress fabric in the blue and about 3m of that. I also had 2 other denim type fabrics for the collar and cuff and only 1/2m of each of those. Hope you enjoy making your own Dress x

No, it is a single layer. I stitched using french seams so there wouldn't be any exposed edges. Thanks for watching! :)
