Congratulations both on your anniversary. You are my must watch youtubers and make me feel really seen in a very invisible world. I would definitely be interested in joining your Patreon as and when it's up and running. And I love your idea of grants for creative people; I am on benefits and I am an artist and I know what it's like to struggle with the cost of replacing paints and paper etc, and many people would not see that as a necessity, but it really is. Great things to look forward too guys, well done.

Dov and Dan, a wonderful episode. Great to see you Dov, and congratulations to both of you on a great series that has made me feel seen and heard as a pwME. So many good episodes this past year, they’re really been a massively useful resource in dark times. Exciting news about your Patreon too! 🩵

Great episode. Nice relaxed discussion. Love your ideas for future discussions. I have an adult son with autism & complex needs. It's incredibly difficult. More than I have words for here.
Relationships are also a great discussion point. I have a supportive husband, thankfully, because mental strain is exhausting. Plus, sexual relations are once in a blue moon so there is guilt related to that. It's obviously much worse for people with less supportive partners.
Also, the effect ME has on dealing with Cancer & other health issues. I have cystic fibrosis related disorder & should take 2 nebuliser treatments twice daily but it takes too much energy now so I can only rarely manage them even once in a day.
I look forward to hearing them all and supporting you on Patreon and your future endeavours

Thanks for your kind feedback! You make some great points. I think if we did an episode on sex and ME it would go viral. There's just nothing out there. It's such a tricky one to go about though!

@@Post-ExertionalMayonnaise yes, definitely tricky! I'm not sure of the best way to approach it but I'm sure it would be of interest to many patients with ME and their partners. There are so many aspects to it which can make it complicated. For example, the issue with showering. If you want to be clean before sex but showering causes you to crash and have PEM for days or more then it's huge obstacle. And obviously choosing whether sex is more importantly than anything else you have to do and if you are able to deal with the impending payback from it. So many things to balance out.
