@ well of course. I really hope your channel grows. you make some pretty good stuff. thank you for making a fun video to watch, NOW DO MORE. i.will.watch.every.single.one.
Any suggestions and feedback on this video will be much appreciated. I will probably continue to make parts on this playthrough regardless. If you all would like to see a new playthrough from the very beginning, do let me know, I am super down for that idea as I am having a blast in this pack. Thanks for watching in advanced! :)
"a whole playthrough". Do you mean from the very beginning, on a new character? I did intend to keep making parts on this playthrough but I'm super down for another one. Thanks for watching :)
I very much intended to do so. You're the second person to request it so I'll ask you... Which kind of playthrough should I do? -Bow only (bow gameplay is a lot more in depth in this pack) -Scythe wielding vampire necromancer type -Hand to hand combat. I might start recording the new playthrough here in a day or two. Unfortunately I don't have as much time as I'd like to dedicate into this UA-cam thing :( Anyways thanks for watching :)
Absolutely. I assume you refer to the playthrough from the very beginning, if so the question is... -Bow (only) - Scythe wielding vampr necromancer -hand to hand combat And thanks for watching :)
Actually? I don't know why, but I feel like I'm being mocked lol. I apologize if you weren't mocking. I can just tell you here in another reply if you actually want more details. Regardless thanks for watching.
@@AngrySaulnot at all man. I been watching your vids and have a new pc coming and I'm going to install this mod list. I'm just trying to take it all in.
AH okay then, my apologies. In that case then im glad to help. Here are the save methods I found to work, off the top of my head, if I forget something ill add it later. Some of these are directly from the Project Skyrim discord: 1. First of all, when you make your first character, you'll be met with a landscape of the destroyed town of Helgen. You have to allow your game to sit on that screen for at least 5 minutes, I go longer to be safe. This allows the game to run all the first time crap that it needs to run in the background. Additionally, once you make your character and are in the game, I leave my character standing there doing nothing, where they spawn for an additional 5 minutes. It starts loading in additional crap once in game so I just let it happen. after waiting, I would save at this point. 2. Before you start playing, you need to go into the MCM settings for the mod "Stay in the fight". You have to disable the mod, close out the menu back in game. then pause and reopen that MCM menu and re activate "Stay in the fight" mod. It's bugged right now, doesn't work as intended right out of the box. If you don't do this step then you will run into problems and almost guaranteed you'll corrupt your saves. Save your game again at this point just to be sure you locked in this mod's settings. 3. If you need to change any additional MCM settings for any other mods I would do so now, save your game after your done. 4. Make sure in the regular settings, that Autosaves are disabled entirely, very important. You don't want Autosaves, trust me. It should be off by default but just make sure. 5. At this point you can just start playing the game normal however you'd like. Now for the other saving methods. 6. NEVER I mean it, NEVER use the quicksave(F5) feature. Just don't do it. That's a fast way to ensure you corrupt your saves. If you have to save a lot, make sure you pause your game and make an actual new save slot. 7. Always Save your game before entering a loading screen. If your going through multiple loading screens all at once then I guess just save before the first loading screen. 8. Never save your game right after exiting a loading screen (this is why I said just save before the first loading screen if you intend to go through multiple loading screens). You have to wait at least 30 seconds after a loading screen before you can save your game (I personally go a little longer, up to a minute). Waiting allows scripts to finish in the background. 9. Avoid saving in combat or in an area with many NPCs, If I had to guess, this is script related as well.. 10. Don't save during script-intensive situations... Hard one to say cause the game doesnt out right tell you if a script is running. Basically the way I interrupt this is, If an NPC is doing a very specific thing, or a quest objective has been completed and resulting in... something happening. Something outside of normal gameplay is happening, then it's probably a script-intensive situation (hell even opening your inventory is considered a script). 11. Never load a save from in-game and never try to quit to main menu... I found that basically, once you're in-game, that it, you need to stay and play or quit to desktop. If you absolutely have to load an older save then you need to quit to desktop entirely, launch the game, wait the 5 minutes it takes to launch then load that older save. 12. Don't save scum, especially after dying. Meaning don't die, get mad and load last save, that's a sure fire way to get your game corrupted. Then that'll get you more mad. trust me, I rage a lot, this is the hardest one to accept for me. I just wanna retry last save but I can't. I've done it before out of anger and every time I did, I corrupted my save. Just allow "Stay in the fight" mod to do its thing. 13. This is a given, even in vanilla BUT make sure your saving a lot, every moment you can (again, never quicksave). It's quite alright if you're 1 hour of gameplay in and you already have 20 save slots, that's perfectly okay. With 4000 mods there's no telling what random crap will decide to break at any given moment, you want to save a lot so you're not losing lots of progress for any reason. 14. These are just some instances where I'll save my game. Before a fight, after a fight (never during). Before dialogue, after dialogue. Before the first loading screen, after the last. Before a quest objective gets completed, after its completed. After selling a lot of crap to vendors. Before I use any type of crafting table: alchemy, enchanting, blacksmithing, tanning, cooking pot, etc. And after im done using said crafting table (if your going to use the crafting table for a long time, like processing lots of alchemy ingredients, then I would stop periodically to save and go back in to the table). 15. Save before performing any action where your character starts doing some sort of animation that you cant move in during the animation, Especially mining any Ore, trust me. Using the crafting tables like previously mentioned also counts. Woodchopping an another example. Even if you don't see me saving like this in the videos, trust me, I am saving a lot. I just do a lot of editing and cut out a lot of crap so you'll never see me actually save in these examples. For now thats all the examples I can think of. Screenshot this comment, do whatever you gotta do. I hope this helps!
