Me too, Brother! I grew up in Georgia and used to go to the mountains in TN for vacation. I like the weather alot more there than in Houston. This heat out here is deadly in the summer...
Good videos, what do you know about the carb sensor? My 360 dies as if it isn’t getting gas. To restart I must turn ignition off cycle actuator then start. I removed and cleaned the carb using your videos Thanks
Shift linkage may need to be adjusted or it could be the belt or clutches. Heat can be caused from low oil level, low Coolant, stuck thermostat, water pump, etc...
My 360 idles high after it warms up I adjusted the thumb screw then realized it was the throttle stop. Could u possibly make a video of adjusting the carb air and fuel screw
Don’t know if this page still get look at. My father in law has the same bike started having issues with high idle you can even put it in gear high idle I order a new carb and it doing the same thing he open up the choke to idel it down but that not correct I’m thinking the valves need adjustment. Or does the carb need thanks for you time and info
@@doitallgaragetx I adjusted the air side about to adjust the idle screw on the gas side doesn’t it have two I was adjusting the big black screw as you can tell I am not a mechanic but I think I can learn
@@doitallgaragetx I have adjusted the idle screw but I was wondering is there any other adjustment screws on this carb or just the idle screw because it’s like the fuel is not consistently flowing in idle
Is the small clear plastic 90 degree fitting on the fuel line a fuel filter? My 360 doesn’t idle well without the choke on and seems to take forever to warm up. I’m reluctant to take the carb apart. I always seem to have trouble getting all the screws adjusted just right. What are the best starting positions (turns) for each screw?
DO IT ALL GARAGE Where can I buy a filter like that? I can’t locate a part number on any of the OEM or replacement parts sites. Should I just replace it with an in-line? I know some in-lines are only for engines with fuel pumps. How do I know which in-line would work best for the 360?
@@JT_70 Look on Rockymountainatvmc.com. The part # is 1038250002. They will ship it to your door. You don't really need to worry about putting an in-line fuel filter on it. It won't hurt it at all. They have straight filters and 90 degree filters. If you aren't familiar with aftermarket parts, I would suggest checking out Rockymountain (one of my favorites), bikebandit.com, chapparal, ebay, etc. And get yourself a service manual.
Do you have any info or videos on replacing the fuel inlet for that same model bike ? I've found some keihin / Harley videos but not sure of the fuel inlet size, cheap cycle parts diagram doesn't seem to have a part number for the fuel inlet. I realize I have to extract the old one and press the new one in. I'm just not sure that the Harley / keihin carb has the same fuel inlet size?? Any info is much appreciated !!! Thanks !
Thanks man! Thanks for the video and the dime bag swagger! Doing this this Weekend. Prairie was bogging down tremendously
Thanks for the video...Just what I needed sir.
Thanks! Wish you were in TN

Glad to help. I'm not big on electronics. I'd rather not have them on my bikes. I'm a nuts and bolts guy. Thx 4 watching!

Sold that bike years ago, dude.
Thanks some great tips.
