The whole flow of this routine is truly perfect, I can say that as someone who deals with chronic back pain all day everyday. After this workout so can transition into a good hip tension release and you’ll be all stretched out.
My lower back was screaming at me after sitting 10 hours on a desk. I usually only do the 10 minute sessions you post but committed to a longer one today and the pain is gone!!! Thankyou so much for making these videos they help so much mentally and ohhh💖
