It wasn't the health that made me quit it was the overhall of #69 ive been playing since playtest 1 & when they did #68 it was the best the game had felt by far in two years. But they've been changing so much about the gear to accommodate for the missing 15hp across all classes thats why there has been 4 patches nerfing bows they did what they thought was a small change but alot of classes were deeply effected, im a big pvp guy all the way back when fights were 1-2mins was probably the best the game had felt there was alot of back n forth it was a dance the current systems just promote a 1-3shot build where a fight can be anywhere between 5-15seconds especially in higher gear lobbies it indirectly scuffed the pvp side of the game thats why bows in this game suck so bad thers been like 4 or 5 patches of nerfs & its still the most effective way to play the game. Besides landmine ofc the health reduction & promotion of quicker fights just kinda dulled what made this game shine for me I've never not played the game but the direction they took in the past month just wasn't the game i had been playing or enjoyed anymore so i logged off & patiently waited to hear what was in store for this new season but if the core of pvp isn't there im not sure i will be, just my opinion not dogging on anyones. The new systems they are adding sound so cool but pvp is where i got enjoyment from this game also the social side but both of those are kinda gone
@uwuweeabo2725 the social side? I get what you're saying otherwise. I play cleric solo, so my life is always hell, but I seem to have like 67% win rate. When I play fighter, that number is like 85%. I get the imbalance issues, but it's never felt awful enough to quit. People have different thresholds for that, I suppose. Sorry if I came off combative. I think the game is better now than it was in #68, and I think balance has been a little better since then for classes that have traditionally had a hard time. The base stats on gear made this game SO MUCH better for casters. I used to not even be able to get enough knowledge to run basic cleric things like Ressurection in base kit. Now I can run those spells whenever I want. You can actually use your class now if you're a caster. Anyways, there's ups and downs. I hope you stick around. I hope they find a place where we can both be happy about the game. even if you quit, come back two or three wipes from now. Hopefully things are better.
