there aren't many types of flow shakes unfortunately. however there are flow transitions which i'll make a tutorial for soon.

I mean flow shakes are just normal shakes tbh, just try to keep the tile to a minimum. Everything else (x shake, y shake, z shake) is optional for a flow shake, never use tilt tho.

unfortunately sapphire is poorly optimized for premiere pro, so we're very limited on options. on my discord server i've made an entire guide for sapphire (especially bugs and fixes) on the #sapphire channel, so you may find it useful!
