I used a Braun series 7 for over 6 years. I was very satisfied with it. I decided to buy a Phillips Norelco 9000 prestige. I love it and I think it shaves much closer than the Braun series 7. It is much quieter and very comfortable.
@@hazetechAnyone that knows how to use a rotary shaver... But anyway, these are not meant to shave your head. When used properly they can give a closer beard shave, other than that it's just a matter of preference if we're only speaking about the face. For head shaving of course a foil one is your only reasonable option. I understand you might be disappointed if you're not informed, but in the end you're just dissing it when you're trying to use it for a purpose it isn't meant for. Anyway good luck with the channel and all the best.
All rotary shavers need to be used with a circular motion. When I use a rotary shaver, I do indeed use circular motions. When I use my Braun Series 9 pro plus, I shave in straight lines. That's one of the big differences between foil vs. rotary shavers.
A new $300 razor should work better than a much older razor so I don’t know what they’re doing but it’s not improved and a disappointment. Thank you for the great comparison.
I don't get the purpose of the wireless charger. I don't need it charged all the time when it's just sitting there. Won't that ruin the battery? I'd much rather have a stand for it and then plug it in once a month to charge. The whole wireless charger pad is a waste imo.

Man rotation is a key
Yje rotary razors meed to be used with a circular motion.
What about the comform skin sensitive and ingrown hairs if you get any, which is better series 9 or phillips ? which shaves the closest ?
series 9, hands down
The first instruction is use it with a circular motion...
Point? Who shaves their beard in a circular motion?

Can you charge a phone on the pad? It is supposed to be a standard QI charger… can the 9000 be charged on any QI pad?
Yes you can
Thanks for the good review 👌🏻 👍🏻
Thank you for another great review Jai. If I was to shave my head I would go with what you recommend 😉

Why dont you care for the Series 7? im still on that series.
It’s just a little cheaper than the 8. I feel the motor in the 7 isn’t that great
This is for face actually...😅😅😅
