Life Fitness machines are more than ok! I have access to some of them.(The Leg Press and Leg Curl machines of the gym i go to is Life Fitness). I think that one of the benefits of using machines is that you feel less fatigued than whe using free weigths One question: Do you find useful to perform the Leg extention before the Leg Press or the oder does not really matter?
