- Hello,
Welcome to the very first Advanced class on my channel! Perfect if you have been craving something with a little more spice. I recommend only attempting advanced classes if you feel like you can consistently master both the beginner & intermediate level classes.
This workout uses a small Booty Band for 10 minutes at the start, if you do not have a band you can still follow along without one. Just keep in mind it will not be as challenging, however you can always repeat that 10 minutes for a second time if you haven't yet felt the burn!

Class breakdown:
Gentle Warm Up Stretch : 3 minutes
This class starts spending 3 minutes gently warming up the body with some light stretching.
Spinal Positions & T-Zone Activation: 2 minutes
The next couple of minutes are spent finding our spinal positions and T-Zone connection. A moment to find your focus, connect with your breathe and activate the Pelvic Floor & Deep Abdominals.
Glutes: 10 minutes
Next the Glutes are targeted with a horsekick series using the booty band followed by a squat series in standing. Enjoy the burn that comes with using the band!!
Arms/Upper Body: 7 minutes
Arms and Upper Body is targeted next. Firstly isolating the arms, shoulder & back with a standing series and finishing with a plank walkout into some crouching tiger variations. The crouching tigers start to get the Abs/Obliques fired too!
Abs: 5 minutes
Last but not least we have the Abs. The final 5 minutes of work spent strengthening & toning our tummy muscles!
Gentle Stretch: 2 minutes
And to finish a gentle stretch.
