I have really enjoyed this series. I have a 1994 Sierra 1500 and did an LED headlight conversion. I'm very happy with the improved illumination, and no longer have to replace burned out halogen bulbs. These are sturdy trucks. Mine still runs well at 292,000 miles.
I love the content bro! Watching this vid tonight. I already did my grille last summer - I converted my 91 to use the 94-00 grille, which took some swapping of the bumper brackets (94-00 they are a tad bit longer) and the lower lip sticks out a bit further as well. Did my best to make it look legit as I had to make some custom attachment points without making them look like a hillbilly using wood screws haha. Anyways man I appreciate you recording all the work you do on the OBS.

Those early 1990's trucks were seriously easy to work on.
I've looked into a lot of parts for the 88 to 94,95? And they are more expensive when you can find O.E, and like you said finding O.E is getting harder and there's isn't much left out there, if you can't find the part aftermarket, you'll have to try and find used O.E and the prices are crazy. Love the trucks, but people know they're popular so they try to get a premium price, and like I said they are asking ridiculous money.

Is there any possibility to put a Chevy grill on a GMC Pickup? Are they interchangeable? I prefer the look of the Chevy grill. And: Is there an (easy) way to replace the Chevy logo for a GMC logo after putting the Chevy grill on?
You can swap a Chevy grille on a GMC, but you will also need new turn signal and marker lights. You cannot add a GMC logo to a Chevy grille as the bow tie is typically molded into the grille. And thanks for the kind words!
Im pretty sure you put those turn signal screw brakets thing backwards 10:38 as the ones ive seen and ones i took off my original grill were facing out
if you look his clips are different, they seem to install from the rear. if he installs them from the front there is a strap going between the clips that might interfere with the housing.
I wish i could post a picture, but my 93 uses the same clips and grill and when i took them off to replace mine were facing the opposite of how he put them in although looking at the after pictures it doesn't seem to matter but i would think his turn signal housing would be more sunken it
That’s the way they were in the old one, but they could have been wrong
They 100% are backwards the screw goes in from the side that the connector bar is on and spreads the four tabs out.
They are in backwards. They go in from the outside making the park light sit flush with the outside of the grill same as the headlight. I have a 1992 Silverado k1500 that I purchased new. 1994 and newer park lights are different. They sit in to far and do not sit flush with the grill. Ask me how I know.
Can you make a video on how to re gasket a front differential and t case I can’t find seals for mine anywhere

It is very rare for a vehicle manufacturer to use specially made seals. Virtually all of the seals used in these vehicles are standard sizes. The seals will have either (or both) the manufacturer's part number or seal dimensions. Or, measure the diameter of the shaft being sealed, the outside diameter of the seal and the thickness of the seal. May be either a metric measurement or an imperial measurement. You should be able to Google using one or more of these criteria and find what you need.
I have a 93 K-1500 Chevy Cheyenne, I have the one headlight on each side factory set up, I prefer the rectangular dual low beam, high beam set up, can I put that grille and headlight set up on my core support without modification or would I have to use that core support? Has anyone done that?
