Wow, what a wonderful technique, you could employ each easy friendly function to be merged together to create something new, in another way; creating something from nothing. Thanks so much for your kind efforts
Respected sir, I see this video before you upload in ur channel but I need this switching situation after 2 years. Thanx for helping us 😊❤️ Regards Vijay
Hi Bro. I have a small issue when am trying to switch the table as you mentioned after your final step always pop in this message. Reference isn't valid. Still i could not overcome with this. would appreciate if you could help me out.
Hello! Thank you so much for this video, it was really helpful! Just wanted to let you know that when using the formula =indirect(vlookup(switching!....)) the excel finds an error and does not accept it. Instead I used the same formula as the vlookup (previous step) without using the word “switching” and worked just fine. I leave this comment in case anyone experiences the same problem as me. Thanks again!!
Yes, the sheet name is "Switch," and the similar Defined Name "Switching" was accidentally typed. He went pretty fast through that part. I love the results, though, and hope he'll get around to a follow-up.
Brother. I created as same by step by step. But switching only one year and table is changing ...the remaining 3 yr is not reflecting wile switching ..how to solve this ?
If I want to display the dropdown box and the linked chart on a PowerPoint presentation so that I can choose the required chart and it will dynamically change on the ppt, how do I do that?
Thank you! This is beautiful but surely there is a little issue. When we change the name from range to Switching. We can change from one chart to another but if I choose Source Table, It will show you the last chart you chose. It does not show you just the Source Table. Is this the way it should behave? Thanks
Hi, Thanks a lot for this instructive video. It seriously helped me a lot. Could you please elaborate how I can transfer this to my dashboard once I am done?
Exactly what I have been looking for to use in my HR Metrics Dashboard and not using slicers but a drop down menu. Thank you! Easy video to follow!
