Just played rev and i agree that mayday.... mayday.... guy it sent chills down my spine euhhh i was already a scaredy cat so i dont know how i finnished rev maybe cause of its story? I dont like playing scary games but something about rev grabed my attention
I would actually be very interested in a Code Veronica remaster. It has a really unique premise and to witness it get revamped and improved upon would be just spectacular.

What do you think you would actually be interested? The word actually would mean something is a bit unexpected for someone to say. Literally every video about resident evil forgetting a remake is nothing but comments of people saying they should’ve remade code Veronica first. You don’t need to say actually fits the most popular viewpoint help by the community lol that being said I definitely do not think it deserves a remake more than resident evil four. In fact I don’t think there’s a game on the planet that is more deserving of a remake than resident evil four. This game and oblivion I believe have the most cross platform game options. This is one of the most popular and successful NFL games ever made where do you like it or not. It’s still a fun game for being married and 20 years old but obviously if it came out as it is right now it would not do very well, especially since you wouldn’t have the nostalgia benefiting it. This game can be changed and improved upon in so many ways. Obviously code Veronica is a much worse games in resident evil four. Let’s dance the benefit more because it’s the worst gang but there are even worse games in code Aronica it would benefit even more. I don’t think they deserve a remake more just because of that because Veronica is far and I played through it for the first time about two years ago and really liked it. Even though the game apparently made me skip the final boss. I don’t know how that happened I didn’t know it happened until talking with a coworker about it lol
That being said. I’d rather see the first game get a remake before code Veronica to fit with these new remakes. Maybe even include zero in that remake… unless they would give it its own remake I think it deserves it! Then code Veronica and I absolutely think five needs a remake to fit with the rest. That game had the most potential and it’s one of the worst that I’ve played through. The atmosphere and environments are really cool. The boss battles are really cool. If they would’ve kept some of the things that made for really awesome. Such as resource management and a merchant with a new personality and not having co-op… toning down some of the action a bit. Man it could’ve been so so perfect! :( does anybody agree with me that five could and should get the remake treatment? There is so much wasted potential there!
Outbreak Fan here! Always like this almost same to the first editions. But can do multiplayer. Plus, it's really side by side with what happened to those storyline. Well-stitched characters.
If capcon is really wanting to make a resident evil multiplayer game they should look at the outbreak games I got good nostalgia for this game and the multiplayer fit perfect.
Revelations 2 is top tier for me . Loved the story and the characters . Only thing that really bugged me was when playing with someone else in split screen the second character didn’t shoot . Which was plausible for the story but it wasn’t as much fun when playing as I’d like to be able to shoot while playing . That doesn’t happen when playing second character . Put apart from that I think it’s amazing , especially because of the many riddles you have to solve
SAAAAME I dunno why but I always enjoy Claire's gameplay. She usually has more situations that activates my strategic mode. Thats why Code Veronica and RE 2 revelations are mt favorite spinoff games
@Dylan Raccon City was supposed to be a open world game as well. It is an interest idea, because it would really be a RE game that aboards overall every single character together involved in the events of Raccoon City. There is something about it that it conforts me. Because not a single time Capcom actually put their hands together to actually show all together at once instead of just cutting it into different games and different modes. It might be the first game who actually shows the perspective of the military as well, it is great.
I don't think it doesn't deserve the hate it gets though. Good concept or not, it's a buggy and repetitive mess and one of the worst RE games and isn't anything close to a good game. It's only slightly better than Umbrella Corps. At best it unifies characters from RE2 and RE3. Every other RE did that though. Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles did that, and the Remakes could have done that better as well. There's the comics, and then there's this, with uninspired new characters and nonsense like killing main characters, (I only remember Leon, Claire, Birkin, Nemesis, and Nikolai; I don't remember Ada, Jill, or Carlos.) The way they made them final bosses was kinda pointless, since we don't see the effects of killing them off, and the main characters are never really meeting each other it's just like "oh, here we have a random fight with Nikolai; here's one with Nemesis". If it's non-canon anyways, a mercenaries mode would probably be funner and less buggy.
@@Goblin_Hands I disagree with you when it comes to giving player a choice to for example kill Leon (even though I hate the fact that half of the squad goes down). It is quite simillar to og r2 and allowing for different scenarios (despite only one being cannonical). It can be a bugged game, however the fun factor is still present and in my opinion gives some nice background to what was happening while not specifically focusing on belowed protagonists. When it comes to playable operators, their characteristics could be explored more, but their gameplay specs and dialogues give us some insight into their psyche
Operation Raccoon City was just so much fun. I played the campaign over and over and over again. I got all the weapons and abilities just because it was so much fun
Code Veronica and the 2 Revelations are from the main story even tho they aren't main number RE games. Honestly Code Veronica is such an underrated RE... i would actually love a remake from CV. And the Revelations really underrated RE games too alongside ORC which had really fun multiplayer.

@@ComicDubbers That it is a controversial opinion that most people don't understand. People often confuses immersion with horror, nobody feels horror towards zombie. I guess I never did, is not Silent Hill. One thing we have to recognize that, the world of Resident Evil is an action story slowed by a horror gameplay. It works to RE0 and RE1, as for RE2 and 3 also do too. But for me, it also has to do with the fact sense of urgency. RE6 and ORC has that sense of urgency to beat the villains or the heroes to achieve common goal and get out of there before it blows up. ORC and RE6 was so fun blasting through the zombies to explore the cities and surrounding zombie areas. It is kinda a great concept to survive as a person or also engage in a war in middle east to stop the BOWs. ORC is the only Raccoon City game related that actually has everything all together and when you see it through is kinda funny image every character together with each of them hurrying to beat their goals. You feel like you are constantly fighting other players and other squads doing different objectives and trying to get out of the city. The concept is just too good and if only was open world it would have ended up much better.
No joke, the dlc for Operation Raccoon City was some of the best co-op experience I've ever had. Nobody talks about the second campaign. Most people dismissed the game based on the admittedly subpar first campaign. But that second one SLAPS!!!
Revelations 1 best moments came from The Queen Zenobia's segments. It was very atmospheric and reminded the old fans of the Spencer Mansion aesthetic. Unfortunately it suffers from out of place action sequences that ruin the flow and immersion of the story. However despite its weak story, terrible support cast, and immersion breaking moments the game was a step in the right direction for the series and a return to form. Revelations 2 fixes most of Revelations 1 problems. It's story was not only consistent but also had an intriguing narrative. Something we don't see a lot from Resident Evil stories since they're mostly simple( not that its a bad thing). Also can we stop treating The Last of Us as if it had ground breaking gameplay. It wasn't the first to do crafting, stealth, and combat. Many games did one of these mechanics before the game came out.
Actually just finished Revelation 1 and I completely disagree. I thought it hade a perfect blend of action and horror and I really liked the characters.
Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 and 2 are for me, one of the best games of the entire franchise, the game's mechanics as so cool and to this day I still discover new things about it!
We need a operation raccoon city remake and sequel. I always thought ORC was the biggest missed opportunity in RE universe. Could have been so much cool if they did it right I have to give them credit for RC itself though, because the streets were much better done than in RE2 and RE3 remake, even though the interiors sucked
Code Veronica and both Revelations games are considered to be main installments in the series and not spin offs. Code Veronica gives us as to why Wesker has powers and gives us Claire finding her brother, which she set out to do in Resident Evil 2. Revelations gives us what the BSAA are and Revelations 2 finishes up the Wesker storyline.
A lot of people have never played Dead Aim, which is unfortunate because it's the best of the "Gun Survivor" style games. Much better than it gets credit for.
You should totally get to Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles soon! Some amazing cutscenes and a lot of lore like Krauser, Wesker's escape, Umbrella's End, RE2, etc...
Hell yeah! Based Revelations 1 fan, raid mode alone brings Revelations 1 to my second favorite RE game, sadly it just didn't click for me the same way in the second one. I think it was because you had to level characters individually penalizing you for wanting to switch to another one and making the grinding a lot more tedious.
Residentevil revelations is just one of my favourite residentevil games. The music, the atmosphere, the whole Raymond plot twists, they were too much good. It literally gave me the same vibes of Bioshock during the whole gameplay, just a great game.
RE Outbreak was SO amazing for it's time. Genuinely just couldn't believe they were able to make that sort of experience at the time. It felt like a dream, I had no idea the game existed and I found it in a Game store for £11.99. It blew my head off. The leech monsters in the Hospital level, that shit was insane.
Resident Evil ORC deserves a remake at least. Being a clean up crew for Umbrella would probably be my favorite storyline out of the entire RE franchise. The main thing that killed it outside of tech performance and gameplay was directly interacting Leon making the story non canon. If they do decide to remake it Leon and other main characters should only be in the background and have your characters actions influence the story progress for the main protagonists like Ada Wongs stories in RE4. Still have my fingers crossed cuz I love the character designs in ORC
I am definitely a super fan of RE Outbreak. It was very hard to finish but well made. The soundtracks, the places, the enemies, the scenario, the different endings. I really enjoyed every part of this game, too bad it was underrated. I remember finishing the game with Cindy, the waitress ^^ Too bad you did not played Umberlla Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles, it could have been classified in "A" rank because they were great games ! I really enjoyed Ada and Wesker's level.
I loved Resident Evil Outbreak #2 so much, I played it as a kid all the time . I loved it as much s I loved Dead Aim, cause the creepy af almost pitch black cruise ship with zero noise was always amazing. I think both of them are amazing, and it's just nostalgia as I've play both on occasion on my PS2. I'll never forget the guy getting eaten through the wall by the zombie elephant or walking into the first room in dead aim and seeing that body just haning there, unsure if it'll fall down and stand up as a zombie. So good
I was one of the lucky ones to play REO file 1 and 2 online. The online component was extremely fun. The game had this chatroom type layout in between scenarios and this is what made it so addicting. There was internet romance, lobby wars, acts of betrayal, comedy, trolling, tragedy, etc .The main lobby was an experience within itself. We were like our own little community and you got to be very close to people you met. It was like being in a resident evil theme soap opera .I played this game when I was around 15 or 16 and I am STILL friends with 3 of the people I met on this game and I'm 33 now. This game played such a big part of my life...I really wish they would've remade it. During the remakes, if they would've remade it between RE2 and RE3 (which is when it took place) with the same engine, I would've died happy. However, they didn't do that...we got Resistance which is much worse than getting nothing because though I feel like they made Resistance with REO in mind, all it did was trigger nostalgic hype and fell extremely short in delivering. REO was way ahead of its time conceptually and that's why it didn't sell as well, but with current technology, if they would remade it I know it would've killed in sales imo. Also, THANK YOU for giving it an S ranking lol.
Resident Evil Revelations was the first ever RE game I played so I definitely have a bias towards it. I remember replaying levels everyday on my 3DS whenever I was allowed to. Especially Rachaels level just because that was the scariest one to me.
You're gonna love Darkside Chronicles. Honestly you'll love it. As for ORC I agree, it was so fun. But I genuinely wished they had a Mercenaries like mode where you could play as all the "Heroes" like Leon, Ada, Carlos, etc. And I wish they had Missions/Stories where you can play as them to instead of being restricted to playing as them in a singular online mode. If they bring it back for some sort of remaster (which is doubtful due to the reception) they should add those properties to keep it interesting.
Re operation raccoon city had a really fun online game mode. It was two teams trying to survive against zombies, BOW and fight the other team until the helicopter landed and then it was a free for all to get one f four seats on the helicopter. That’s the only thing I remember about that game
I think I speak for everyone when I say everyone likes Jill Valentine in Revelations because of her readiness to conduct underwater operations. That wetsuit is snug as a bug.
Outbreak and File 2 all day! Miss those games so much. Of all these spin-offs, they're the main ones I've played, and I played the Hell out of em as a kid.
If they remade outbreak with the over the shoulder treatment it’d be incredible. Imagine 4 person coop like L4D but in the RE universe and less cartoony. It’d be awesome.
Code Veronica was never intended to be a mainline title. Code Veronica was made for Dreamcast because the RE2 port wasn’t possible without sacrificing a lot in terms of quality. They decided it would be best to make a spinoff game specifically designed for the Dreamcast. That’s CV’s true origin. This information comes from the book, “Itchy Tasty”which is a history of Resident Evils development and sources its information from the mouth of the games developers. The writer had access to the developers and interviewed them for the book.
Huge fan of outbreak series. It wasnt until RE7 in which the series was considered canon thanks to the news paper retconning it in. I really wish they'd bring it back.
i remember loving operation racoon city it had a great idea and i loved the different class types of the umbrella operatives and the multiplayer was really fun as well
i loved the outbreaks. you would be playing a map for like an hour not knowing if you are alone because everyone died or just quit then all of a sudden you come across someone and you then felt safe xD
Re: Survivor is my favorite of all time. I remember having to beat that game without a memory card when i was like 10. Which I did after sooo many tries.
I love the mercenaries 3D, I often play it with my cousin and we have a blast every time. I still play all of these modes religiously too, and really enjoy reverse for the most part minus the fact you can’t party up with friends and join lobby’s as a group, but it’s easy to get in the same match anyway so it’s fine.
Outbreak was ahead of its time. Having internet was a luxury, at least where I grew up. I bought the game and add-on with my own money working at Sears during my senior of year of HS. I tried the multi-player, but I rarely if ever saw someone else to play with. If there was one game Capcom should reintroduce and make it an MMO-style, Outbreak would be it.
Always good to see Mercenaries 3D get some love! I wish I had gotten into this series in its heyday, and been able to play the game online more before Nintendo shut 3DS servers down forever 😢 I agree on Rev1’s main setting being more memorable than Rev2’s less centralized environments, but what holds Rev1 back for me is that it keeps yanking you into the snowy mountains and Terragrigia, and those areas are… well, let’s just say I’m always looking forward to them being over 😅

Operation Raccoon City story might be all over the place, the game might not feel like a resident evil game, but god damn was it fun, playing online was such a blast, meeting these random people online, and beating the game with them all the way, and them suddenly we all have to make a choice and kill each other at the end, that was fun, the classes in the game as well, it just felt like L4D Raccoon City version.
No I agree with your thoughts on both Revelations 1 and ORC Rev 1 was awesome, and ORC is underrated despite being maybe a little too action packed than horror which is what Resident Evil is about. To those who aren't fans of either of those games, give them one more try because they're honestly not as bad as you might think of them as.
Resident evil Revelations is an amazing RE serie, I would love to have a Revelations 3, maybe with some of the caracters of the RE6 and the secondary ones of the past Revelations, like Park, Raymond, Jessica.

I absolutely love REV2. It's such a good game. The only thing I hate, since I played it with someone else, is that the splitscreen in RE games are so weird... the screens are tiny. I did get used to it after a while though.
If Capcom had full control id be 100% on board with an ORC remake i have a lot of issues with it most are obvs but i loved the story and the characters and it was so fun and i still play it to this day. Also Outbreak deserves a remake more than CVX just for the multiplayer on its own
Operation Raccoon City (ORC) is by far the best! that needs a remake with a cannon ending without changing large sections of the game and it'd be perfect. Like keeping the locations relatively intact would be awesome. unless they improve actual parts of the locations. I wont lie, I was kinda upset that they altered quite a lot of NEST in the RE2 remake, they also didn't give Leon his period correct police car to crash hahaha! Also Slant six made ORC they made socom games before hand.
Resident Evil Outbreak File 2 the first scenario wild things, as soon as you walk into the zoo after cutting the bolts on the Frontgate, Oscar charges through and locks you into the zoo fighting him. I miss that elephant.
RER1 definitely feels like its own thing as I remember playing it on the 3DS and was blown away. I can't imagine what it would've been like if it was made for home console from the get go. Doesn't take away from the experience as I think it's amazing, but being on a 3DS and ported over you can tell it feels bite sized at times. Raid mkde is great too with friends or randoms. 9/10 other than some slight issues with polish and presentation, I honestly think it's a near perfect rev game. The way I see it is if it had like say one more year of development and was made for home console and not hindered by the 3DS, this would've been one of those classic top 5 fps games of all time.
I don't know why, I am aware of all the flaws of re orc but I really like this game too. I think the concept of playing from the perspective of uss agents is really cool

ORC is the only Raccoon City game related that actually has everything all together and when you see it through is kinda funny image every character together with each of them hurrying to beat their goals.
You feel like you are constantly fighting other players and other squads doing different objectives and trying to get out of the city. The concept is just too good and if only was open world it would have ended up much better.
i used to like rev 1 but after replaying both of them again i like rev 2 more and the raid mode in rev 2 is awesome
the first resident evil game i've ever played was revelations and i loved it. it was scary yet fun. tense but exciting.
No joke, the dlc for Operation Raccoon City was some of the best co-op experience I've ever had. Nobody talks about the second campaign.
Most people dismissed the game based on the admittedly subpar first campaign. But that second one SLAPS!!!
Revelations 1 best moments came from The Queen Zenobia's segments. It was very atmospheric and reminded the old fans of the Spencer Mansion aesthetic. Unfortunately it suffers from out of place action sequences that ruin the flow and immersion of the story. However despite its weak story, terrible support cast, and immersion breaking moments the game was a step in the right direction for the series and a return to form. Revelations 2 fixes most of Revelations 1 problems. It's story was not only consistent but also had an intriguing narrative. Something we don't see a lot from Resident Evil stories since they're mostly simple( not that its a bad thing). Also can we stop treating The Last of Us as if it had ground breaking gameplay. It wasn't the first to do crafting, stealth, and combat. Many games did one of these mechanics before the game came out.
Actually just finished Revelation 1 and I completely disagree. I thought it hade a perfect blend of action and horror and I really liked the characters.

Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 and 2 are for me, one of the best games of the entire franchise, the game's mechanics as so cool and to this day I still discover new things about it!
Rev 2 is probably my favourite RE game, I loved it so damn much
We need a operation raccoon city remake and sequel. I always thought ORC was the biggest missed opportunity in RE universe. Could have been so much cool if they did it right
I have to give them credit for RC itself though, because the streets were much better done than in RE2 and RE3 remake, even though the interiors sucked
ORC, RE6, ReVerse, and Resistance must be your guilty pleasure games. I respect that.
Code Veronica and both Revelations games are considered to be main installments in the series and not spin offs. Code Veronica gives us as to why Wesker has powers and gives us Claire finding her brother, which she set out to do in Resident Evil 2. Revelations gives us what the BSAA are and Revelations 2 finishes up the Wesker storyline.

RE Outbreak 2 was the first horror game I've played on the PS2. Was pretty scary since it was night.
A lot of people have never played Dead Aim, which is unfortunate because it's the best of the "Gun Survivor" style games. Much better than it gets credit for.

Hell yeah! Based Revelations 1 fan, raid mode alone brings Revelations 1 to my second favorite RE game, sadly it just didn't click for me the same way in the second one. I think it was because you had to level characters individually penalizing you for wanting to switch to another one and making the grinding a lot more tedious.
The raid mode in 2 is even better if you haven't tried it out

Residentevil revelations is just one of my favourite residentevil games. The music, the atmosphere, the whole Raymond plot twists, they were too much good. It literally gave me the same vibes of Bioshock during the whole gameplay, just a great game.
RE Outbreak was SO amazing for it's time. Genuinely just couldn't believe they were able to make that sort of experience at the time. It felt like a dream, I had no idea the game existed and I found it in a Game store for £11.99. It blew my head off. The leech monsters in the Hospital level, that shit was insane.

Resident Evil ORC deserves a remake at least. Being a clean up crew for Umbrella would probably be my favorite storyline out of the entire RE franchise. The main thing that killed it outside of tech performance and gameplay was directly interacting Leon making the story non canon. If they do decide to remake it Leon and other main characters should only be in the background and have your characters actions influence the story progress for the main protagonists like Ada Wongs stories in RE4. Still have my fingers crossed cuz I love the character designs in ORC
I am definitely a super fan of RE Outbreak. It was very hard to finish but well made. The soundtracks, the places, the enemies, the scenario, the different endings.
I really enjoyed every part of this game, too bad it was underrated. I remember finishing the game with Cindy, the waitress ^^
Too bad you did not played Umberlla Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles, it could have been classified in "A" rank because they were great games ! I really enjoyed Ada and Wesker's level.

I loved Resident Evil Outbreak #2 so much, I played it as a kid all the time . I loved it as much s I loved Dead Aim, cause the creepy af almost pitch black cruise ship with zero noise was always amazing. I think both of them are amazing, and it's just nostalgia as I've play both on occasion on my PS2. I'll never forget the guy getting eaten through the wall by the zombie elephant or walking into the first room in dead aim and seeing that body just haning there, unsure if it'll fall down and stand up as a zombie. So good

I was one of the lucky ones to play REO file 1 and 2 online. The online component was extremely fun. The game had this chatroom type layout in between scenarios and this is what made it so addicting. There was internet romance, lobby wars, acts of betrayal, comedy, trolling, tragedy, etc .The main lobby was an experience within itself. We were like our own little community and you got to be very close to people you met. It was like being in a resident evil theme soap opera .I played this game when I was around 15 or 16 and I am STILL friends with 3 of the people I met on this game and I'm 33 now. This game played such a big part of my life...I really wish they would've remade it. During the remakes, if they would've remade it between RE2 and RE3 (which is when it took place) with the same engine, I would've died happy. However, they didn't do that...we got Resistance which is much worse than getting nothing because though I feel like they made Resistance with REO in mind, all it did was trigger nostalgic hype and fell extremely short in delivering.
REO was way ahead of its time conceptually and that's why it didn't sell as well, but with current technology, if they would remade it I know it would've killed in sales imo. Also, THANK YOU for giving it an S ranking lol.
ORC is literally one of the best resident evil concepts
Resident Evil Revelations was the first ever RE game I played so I definitely have a bias towards it. I remember replaying levels everyday on my 3DS whenever I was allowed to. Especially Rachaels level just because that was the scariest one to me.
You're gonna love Darkside Chronicles. Honestly you'll love it.
As for ORC I agree, it was so fun. But I genuinely wished they had a Mercenaries like mode where you could play as all the "Heroes" like Leon, Ada, Carlos, etc. And I wish they had Missions/Stories where you can play as them to instead of being restricted to playing as them in a singular online mode.
If they bring it back for some sort of remaster (which is doubtful due to the reception) they should add those properties to keep it interesting.
Re operation raccoon city had a really fun online game mode. It was two teams trying to survive against zombies, BOW and fight the other team until the helicopter landed and then it was a free for all to get one f four seats on the helicopter. That’s the only thing I remember about that game

Code Veronica was never intended to be a mainline title. Code Veronica was made for Dreamcast because the RE2 port wasn’t possible without sacrificing a lot in terms of quality. They decided it would be best to make a spinoff game specifically designed for the Dreamcast. That’s CV’s true origin. This information comes from the book, “Itchy Tasty”which is a history of Resident Evils development and sources its information from the mouth of the games developers. The writer had access to the developers and interviewed them for the book.
Huge fan of outbreak series. It wasnt until RE7 in which the series was considered canon thanks to the news paper retconning it in. I really wish they'd bring it back.
i remember loving operation racoon city it had a great idea and i loved the different class types of the umbrella operatives and the multiplayer was really fun as well

Re: Survivor is my favorite of all time. I remember having to beat that game without a memory card when i was like 10. Which I did after sooo many tries.
I love the mercenaries 3D, I often play it with my cousin and we have a blast every time. I still play all of these modes religiously too, and really enjoy reverse for the most part minus the fact you can’t party up with friends and join lobby’s as a group, but it’s easy to get in the same match anyway so it’s fine.
Revelations 2 came at my birthday. It was such a great time I had with it
Outbreak was ahead of its time. Having internet was a luxury, at least where I grew up. I bought the game and add-on with my own money working at Sears during my senior of year of HS. I tried the multi-player, but I rarely if ever saw someone else to play with. If there was one game Capcom should reintroduce and make it an MMO-style, Outbreak would be it.
I'd like a sequel of Operation Racoon City. I felt that it had a cool concept and deserves more attention

I agree on Rev1’s main setting being more memorable than Rev2’s less centralized environments, but what holds Rev1 back for me is that it keeps yanking you into the snowy mountains and Terragrigia, and those areas are… well, let’s just say I’m always looking forward to them being over 😅

Operation Raccoon City was by far my favorite spin off game and one of my favorite games, it has it flaws but playing umbrella shadow ops with friends fighting off bosses, BOWs, and Zombies just felt amazing
Operation Raccoon City story might be all over the place, the game might not feel like a resident evil game, but god damn was it fun, playing online was such a blast, meeting these random people online, and beating the game with them all the way, and them suddenly we all have to make a choice and kill each other at the end, that was fun, the classes in the game as well, it just felt like L4D Raccoon City version.

I absolutely love REV2. It's such a good game. The only thing I hate, since I played it with someone else, is that the splitscreen in RE games are so weird... the screens are tiny. I did get used to it after a while though.

If Capcom had full control id be 100% on board with an ORC remake i have a lot of issues with it most are obvs but i loved the story and the characters and it was so fun and i still play it to this day. Also Outbreak deserves a remake more than CVX just for the multiplayer on its own

Operation Raccoon City (ORC) is by far the best! that needs a remake with a cannon ending without changing large sections of the game and it'd be perfect. Like keeping the locations relatively intact would be awesome. unless they improve actual parts of the locations. I wont lie, I was kinda upset that they altered quite a lot of NEST in the RE2 remake, they also didn't give Leon his period correct police car to crash hahaha!

Resident Evil Outbreak File 2 the first scenario wild things, as soon as you walk into the zoo after cutting the bolts on the Frontgate, Oscar charges through and locks you into the zoo fighting him.

RER1 definitely feels like its own thing as I remember playing it on the 3DS and was blown away. I can't imagine what it would've been like if it was made for home console from the get go. Doesn't take away from the experience as I think it's amazing, but being on a 3DS and ported over you can tell it feels bite sized at times. Raid mkde is great too with friends or randoms.
9/10 other than some slight issues with polish and presentation, I honestly think it's a near perfect rev game. The way I see it is if it had like say one more year of development and was made for home console and not hindered by the 3DS, this would've been one of those classic top 5 fps games of all time.
I don't know why, I am aware of all the flaws of re orc but I really like this game too. I think the concept of playing from the perspective of uss agents is really cool
