- If you would like to have the constant fan on while sleeping, this is the video for you! This works on the VERDANT wall controller pictured in this video.
If your room has the square version of the same thermostat, there is a small hole and you will need something like a paper clip to insert it to hold the button down. This one is actually easier!  - Спорт

If you don’t have a needle or anything small / pointy you could take a piece of the negative battery coil and use that to push in the config button. I’m not saying anyone did that, but you “could”.

This worked in some places, but at some others, it's a little different and not working. Funny is that one place, eventhough it set to constant...it still turns off.
If you dont have a screwdriver it will pop loose around bottom enough to get to config button.
Yeah this isn’t the way, people can hardly operate the luggage cart correctly but now they’re configuring tstats. Sweet.

Sorry, I’m not sure why my other video is not allowing comments. I must’ve set it up wrong when I uploaded it. Yeah I did get it resolved what I had to do was redo the update on the on my dashboard, but you have to force it to Update again, because when you plug it in, if you’ve already done the update once it thinks that it’s on the current version already. There’s a button at the top of the update screen and you can choose update from there and it will force it. I talked with ESCORT and they admitted that they had a problem with updates on Mac computers. They fixed it now. If all else fails, you can send it back in and four I think 40 or $80. They can do a refurbishment on it at the factory that says fixes any issues it makes it my brand new. I didn’t really want to have to do that because in my opinion, their update is what caused the problem in the first place. Luckily it was resolved.

What do you do when it is not continuous? The fan spins and I have done all this but the fan randomly shuts off
If it’s set to one, and you turn the fan button to constant, it should work so there may be something wrong with that thermostat. Sorry!

How do you bypass the motion sensor on this model?
I have wondered about that and I’m not sure how to do it. It seems to stay on OK overnight maybe that’s because the fan is on the high constant run setting? But like if you were out during the daytime if you wanted it to stay on I’m not sure sorry!

The setting you're putting it on IS the bypass for the motion sensor, according to another video.

Does anyone think these greedy hotel chains are going to get the message about these piece of shit thermostats? Cuz if they don't, I might start creating problems with every room that I leave. If enough people do that, I would think they'd get the message then.
