Could visa officer consider such case in negative way if we honestly tell them that we are willing to go to canada on visitor visa to give red seal exam.
There can be option that officer might think that we already have intention for PR in canada so will it affect us in getting visitor visa granted.

Sir I have got the invitation to appear in exam in Saskatchewan for journey person licence. But they havent provided any dates, in addition they gave the reference of very expansive books to prepare. While I have adequate knowledge in my field (i.e Automotive technician), infect I am gold medalist from City & Guilds U.K in same field. But after filled FSTC (express entry) form at www.canada.ca website - they sent message your are not eligible, along with, when i check on their same link to check eligibility CRS - result is ok (I am eligible).
