In travel, going back is under-rated. So is Laos. Nice you did. Cheers...Vientiane has changed DRAMATICALLY since I was there last. There were no shopping malls or much street life. About 10 years ago.

I'm sad for the common people of Laos. I know that things are difficult for many people here in Thailand as well, but it seems that Laos has been hit even harder. I hope that the price inflation will be reduced in the near future.

Hey I remember him. we here in USA we get hit pretty hard too. Gasoline and foods went up double, triple and the pay still the same. the rent is skyrocket here many people can't afford the rent. you guys still lucky the food there still cheaper than here. Enjoy your stay.

Laotian a lot easier to learn. And you will notice a lot of foreigners can speak Lao or Lao Esan better than Thai. Are you guy going to try to ride a fast rail to Boten. I really want to know more about that town. Look modern than all part of Laos.

That's is $3.50 for 1 liter, not a gallon.
Rent appartment n pay them monthly that way is cheaper some appartment is about $200 per month n is very clean n got all furniture plus washing machine too

We have many many videos on the city, visit a restaurant by the Mekong for food at sunset, go to the night market, go karting in the forest, nam pien yorla pa is a good day out and many more things! You can find videos on all of these places that we made 😁

@@TravelsonToast in Vientiane it costs half a million kip. What is the price in 🇹🇭 ?
@@gibarianonline you can do a test in Nong Khai, just walk into the hospital and ask for an ATK test, cost up to 500 baht and they will do it in 1 hour

Our favourite hotel champa boutique is closed for renovation, the other ones we like are Vientiane garden villa hotel or champion hotel. Not sure what the prices are now since many have gone up but these are our go to places in the center. Hope you find something, maybe see you around!

Earlier in laos, the minimum wage is 1100000 kip or 134 dollars !!!! Now in lao news , after inflation, they raise it to 1500000 kip, but now, one dollar is 15000 kip
