if you cut closer to the welds on the scr, all the restriction inside just comes out in one piece

@dkgarage was there any sound differences when you removed the insides?

bit of a question. i just bought a 335d and did a muffler delete and it still sounds bone stock lol. the muffler delete did absolutely nothing. do i need to delete my scr to get a good sound and turbo spool or would that also involve deleting my dpf?

Yeah I made the same mistake. Only was to make it sound good is by deleting it

You get no noise out of diesels until you delete them. You can delete the scr but you’ll need to tune it if you’re not doing a downpipe at the same time.

That’s the only one you gut out the dpf you just buy a catless one and install it

@@dkgarage5131 why buy a catless one for 200bucks when you can gut your own one then just sell the insides of it?

@@piovo1 I mean it’s also how your budget is I when with the vrsf catless downpipe and just gutted the scr and got a muffler delete kit so it’s a full straight pipe

@@piovo1 because with a gutted dpf it kills a lot of the sound and there’s absolutely no turbo noise. It’s also a pain in the ass putting a dpf back in.
