Tips:
1) Wear a hat (wider brim=better)
2) Zinc Oxide Sunscreen to exposed scalp/hair part
3) Rinse hair with non-chlorinated water Beforehand
4) Apple Cider Vinegar rinse After swimming
5) Apply Natural Oil to hair (argan, jojoba, coconut, etc...)
6) Wear Protective Hairstyles while swimming
7) Use Gentle Natural Shampoo/Conditioner to wash afterwards
8) Apply Extra Conditioner if tangled
9) Don't brush hair while it's salty
10) Use Detangler meant for wet hair
11) Use Wooden Bristle Brush while dry and add oil serum to hair and scalp
12) Limit Heat Tools to avoid piling on heat damage to hair

Should I apply Rosemary oil for my short hair and then claw clip it?

I love your hair care videos. I started growing my hair long by accident. I didn't have the money to get it cut. When I did get the money it was starting to get cold so I waited until spring. But when spring came around I decided I wanted to keep it long. So my hair has now been growing for 4 years. I have spent a lot of time on UA-cam learning how to care for my hair. I have difficulty with one hand so have had to teach myself how to braid it using my mouth to hold one section. Now I love my hair and enjoy having my picture taken. When people ask me when I'm getting my hair cut, I say, "When I choose to."

A hairdresser once told me that is better to apply directly mask to your hair and not oil before going to the beach and ocean, since oils and sun together can cause damage and it can fry ur hair.
Annie cupp yes headed this too. We apply oil before we cook to help cook it so in the same sense does that to your hair
