that was due to her getting the sacrifice card, in which case it was kill or be killed. Letting everyone else die was her ONLY option other than dying herself. In DR rules however, nao doesn't necessarily have to kill anyone if she doesn't want to. Even if she was desperate enough to kill someone, I doubt her first target would immediately be one of the kids than the numerous adults/teens.

I think getting Ranger to kidnap Reko would make more sense,not only bc it is accurate to the actual game but also bc after Mishima being kidnapped,most of the suspect would go towards Nao anyways. However in this way,i think Nao wouldn't be the first suspect but Alice would, like in the actual Danganronpa chapters someone getting suspected first other than the actual killer

Execution ideas:
Sara's Execution: Best Friends. Her memories are restored via a video however are tampered with to make her think she killed Joe or maybe just make her think Joe hates her for what she did, causing terrifying hallucinations till eventually a Joe doll kills her, and her not resist in the slightest
Nao's Execution (optional): Dutiful Student. Ranger executes the dead Nao by using her very blood and flesh to create a picture of Mishima...upon the picture's completion, Mishima is released
Ranger's Execution: Extreme Makeover: replaces his body parts with parts of dead humans until all that's left is what's needed for him to function and then his head is removed and replaced with Nao's head which is the only untouched part of her execution, which of course kill Ranger as he can't survive without his head
Kai's Execution: Eternal Devotion: The doll sara is actually implemented with doll assassins after her and Kai takes strike after strike to protect Sara on a walk to the exit (which could look like Sara's neighborhood) either only to A) fail or B) get backstabbed by Doll Sara as she doesn't have memory of Joe with this AI. Either way, the Doll Sara doesn't make it home.
Reko's Execution: Honestly there are several musician based executions, a spin on one of those would be fine
Mishima's Execution: Assassination Classroom: Midori lets him be with the students he cares about, but the have become very despairing due to his scheming or something, so the class begins trying to kill each other and Mishima trying to stop them is caught in the crossfire as he watches his class kill each other
Mastermind's Execution: Russian Roulette: Basically the banquet except its just for show as the floor masters get executed one by one as Anzu cheerfully grins from her screen eager to wonder if she'll be next and having a ball hearing the horrified screams of her subordinates as they die

I honestly don't think Reko's execution should be a musician based one. Either her being dressed as Alice and getting a death penalty, or being forced to watch the weak ( Nao, Gin, Kanna, and others she thinks needs help) being killed by the strong, or her being puppeteered to kill them herself, then being stabbed by fake Reko, then a newspaper shows up, "Famous musician commited suicide"

I think I like the dressed as Alice idea...but to add insult to injury, first off make sure she learns that Alice was innocent before she dies and second off the reko doll is there too and is an exaggerated version of Reko at the times she was being harshest to alice. Then in her last moments, when an extreme exaggeration of a prisoner execution happens, shortly before she dies to an electric chair or something, the Reko doll stabs her in the heart or something. All while Midori is watching and laughing.

For a possible scenario for Anzu mastermind, I think the fact that what they're doing is, at its core a game and the fact that Anzu has the clown thing going for her and should, in theory, be all about games, could intersect very well. For instance, like in the memorandum, this game was being used to determine a new head for Asunaro, and in a previous killing game, Anzu was the victor. But, instead of using that power to progress Asunaro's goal or her own, she instead uses it to run more and more killing games, because she loves the thrill of participating in them, and "beating the odds" essentially, of constantly winning them despite her middling survival percentage (which probably pisses the people who created those percentages off).
I also like to think that instead of gathering new participants for these new killing games, she simply uses doll recreations of the participants in this game, and the first game she won was with all human participants. The current cast would be all dolls, bringing back the common yttd all doll theory (though in this scenario, the dolls would have to be more realistic such as being able to bleed so they don't suspect anything.) She's run dozens of killing games at this point, and her favorite part is always seeing which ones make it to the end and comparing that to the survival percentages. Additionally the floor masters all agree to this plan, because they would all rather have a doll be the head of Asunaro than an air headed girl who's obsessed with playing games by this point, and I think it would be funny if they were always rooting for her to die secretly each chapter.
This could also tie back into Shin being the protagonist, because in this death game, she could have shown him the percentages at the beginning to try and "Shake things up" since she feels bored of winning so often, and because she laments that he's usually "A really useless character who's never made it far before" and would like to see if she could try to make him live to the end for fun. Also at the end I think it would be fitting if it she determined that Shin was still useless since he only made it to chapter 3, but it was something that Shin did while the player was still controlling him that lead to her downfall, such as installing an AI or virus to mess with the system. Sara could also be brought back up during this, saying she's her favorite participant, and loving battling against her in the final trails, being sad that she's not fighting her here right now.
Anzu's personality would have to be changed for her to be more sadistic here of course, but I think her base personality can be put in quite a bit, where she would still be a bit air headed and insecure, and part of the reasons she's doing this instead of running Asunaro normally is because she feels unfit to do so, and because she misses all the participants, and so this could be a sort of twisted way of coping with the first death game where all her friends died by reliving it and having fun, making her slightly more sympathetic (though still a pretty awful person on the morality scale)
Obviously though, I still think I prefer Weebys scenario, because it involves Satsuki, and I believe in Satsuki supremacy

I feel like for Chapter 1, instead of using Sara WITHOUT Joe, Miley could use her relationship WITH Joe against her
Basically the way I see it Miley would give a time limit for a killing to occur, and she would only show the statistics to a select few participants - mainly Sou and Sara
While Miley is showing the stats to Sara, she could use her high ranking as a motive, telling her that based on her ranking she basically has a 50% chance to get away with murder
On top of this, just to really make sure that her evil side comes out, Miley could use Joe against her and try to strike a deal: If Sara kills and gets away with it, not only will she be allowed to leave, but she will get to leave with Joe and ensure that her and her best friend will be able to leave unharmed.

In the Chapter 3, could Kai have blamed Shin for Sarah's execution, especially since with Shin having been the protag, so he revealed the truth behind the first two cases. And maybe Joe doesn't take the bait, tried to stop Kai, maybe still clinging to the initial way Sarah was in the game, and dies because of that.

As far as how I would do YTTD rules for a wheel, I'd say this (just a basic outline and not perfect btw. Also note YTTD has branching paths that change the # of people who die so...):
Optional: Roll for floor masters, you can choose to keep same floor masters, randomize order, or spin among all the main characters...could take some creativity if you roll Gin or smthng
Roll for main character and reroll for main character whenever they die
8 characters die in the first trial, 2 of which should be connected to someone who doesn't die
Roll for someone to die in the practice round
Roll for a sacrifice and person to get voted out during the first main game (if said character is the sacrifice, pick the character they'd most likely save and end here)
Roll for someone to die in the Final Attraction period of time...though this one would def be the hardest and need the most creativity
Copy Main Game one for main game two just different story to come up with
Select one person to die and one "doll" to live, noticeably said doll isn't necessarily one of the original dolls. (Optional: also choose one murder victim and one murderer, either among dolls or dolls and participants.) The dolls except the survivor get obliterated during the banquet. You can have the person who dies also die during the banquet or before then

some suggestions for the anime killing i have are as follows: Ika Musume from Shinryaku! Ika Musume, Crona from Soul Eater, Iruma or Ami Kirio from Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, Zamasu from Dragon Ball, Saiki K from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K, and Chrome Dokuro from Katekyō Hitman Reborn!. Id also suggest Phosphylite or Cinnabar from Houseki no Kuni, but that anime is less known so like.

An interesting idea for a first motive could have been that if you get away with it, you can choose one person to escape with you HOWEVER said person cannot be an accomplice or its null and void...or to explain your idea perhaps everyone forgets for that chapter alone the thing that matters most to them, an anti-motive video as it were. For most this decreases their need to escape and reduces their odds for murder...but for Sara...
For chapter 2 you could add that suicide is banned though it works either way really well
For chapter 3 an interesting idea is perhaps that Kai targets Sou and Joe thinks about it as well and bc of attempted murder is there as well but decides that this isn't what Sara would have wanted, so he tries to stop Kai and gets killed as well
For chapter 4...yah that's pretty good
For Chapter 5 literally just add Midori as a temporary participant. Due to his own fear of death, he doesn't kill anyone directly though rather he is able to get Alice to try to kill him with a trap, however Mishima disarms the trap to avoid falling into the floor masters plans only for this to, due to a secondary trap Midori made, cause Kuramada's death the whole time, Mishima not even knowing he's the killer
For Chapter 6, just give Anzu an EXTREMELY twisted sense of humor, possibly as a result of her bullying that was implied and make it 100x worse obviously. Also I'd have Meister be relevant and basically set it up to be ready for another murder motive and all and I'd say this time, the sacrifice card is a motive. A motive that unless said person is found guilty of a murder they didn't commit that they will be executed as well. The deadline is 3 days and if no one dies, the sacrifice is executed and a new one chosen. However they learn of the emergency trial known as the banquet which if they can use it to unveil and execute the mastermind, they can escape. (this is very hard)

I feel like it's so obvious that Midori is another sibling or some relation to both Kanna and Shin. I've seen folks mention their hair and eye color but no one mentions that Midori and Kanna both have the same little long hair pieces (although she has 2 and he has 1) He and Kanna look extremely alike and we already know she and Shin are siblings. I feel like this also explains more of Midoris relationship with shin as he seems to have had more of a relationship with him pre death game than any other candidates (although we don't get to see the erased memories of Mishima or the dummies its likely similar to the others)

Sara killing Hayasaka: If video proof of Hayasaka claiming that the game is all for Sara and cursing her name still exists in this universe, I feel like it could serve as a motive for Sara to target him instead of the easier target of Sou. As for why the game is for her? I don't know.... Maybe Anzu wanted a girlfriend and fell in love with Sara, but figured they weren't compatible since Sara wasn't evil enough so she made the death game. She didn't think Joe would live longer than Sara or that Sara would die at all. She blames the rest of the participants for her death, especially Sou, aka Mr. Zero-percent-survival-chance. Kai killing Sou and Joe could be manipulated by her in some way.

An idea for a motive in a Fangon is isolation. So the cast is split up between multiple floors after about a week of the cast getting accustomed to each other. Everyone is told that the class will be separated. They would still be able to barely pass through the halls to get through to the others on the other side, but only some people could know how to travel among the floors. As humans are sociable creatures this would be terrible for some people. Not everyone would be able to cope with being separated and maybe every floor has someone that hates the others on their floor. Eventually a murder would occur and knowing who had the means to travel would be vital. It’s only an idea.

I’m extra mad that the burgerburg wheel went against the rules of Danganronpa. Like you’re supposed to kill the buff character in chapter 4 tsktsk.
Also surprised it didn’t kill more “useless” people. I could see it killing Anzu 😂.
But in a twist, burgerburg wheel made anzu the mastermind.

We can also make it subtle, with Shin in the beginning being able to be named by the players. the default name would be sou hiyori, but it would be a pretty small easter egg
and then sara being the first one to murder might actually shake up the assumption of the percentages as absolute as well
for the 3rd chapter, we can actually write down joe as the person who is against killing? look i love my boi joe, alright? but in this chapter, both the victims can be the person who stumbles into kai murdering someone else. either shin or joe would walk up to it, and kai killed the other to keep them shut oop and this can be an opportunity to showcase both joe and shin's personality. joe, who tried to stop shin's murder even if they may have butt heads with each other because the entire sara situation, or shin might have tried to stop it but ended up dying. I think joe and shin would have a very complicated relationship, after the sara situation, so seeing someone try to stop kai from murdering someone else would be a testament. we can even have joe and kai agree to a murder to get sara back, although its a bit of a stretch.

(for context this whole comment is about what i think the story for the surviving characters would be, also sorry if there’s any grammar mistakes lol) mai and qtaro surviving together supremacy. also so glad keiji survived, im thinking for keiji it’s like maybe he was the antagonist for the first three schapters just like in yttd where him and shin didn’t like each other, but then became a big supporting character in this game when qtaro became the protag. also for the supporting character i think it would probably be mai, cuz of how much she and qtaro bonded together, also her qtaro and keiji could have their seperation moment from the cast just like in yttd and it would grow their characters as a result, i think that would be cool lol. also for the antag i think both ranmaru and alice would be the best, like alice for the first 4 chapters is super rude and acts on his own and then after his character development with reko in chapter 4 he could completely do a 180 like fuyuhiko except even more drastic, and as for ranmaru i think he could be another person majorly affected by sara’s death, like him and sara really hit it off and he started just like sara, standing beside her in giving hope speeches to everyone until she dies, then he goes crazy and is super rude to everyone for the rest of the game. as for hinako, i don’t really know 😶

Ok first she really in to Dangronpav3 specifically Kokichi (because the clown thing). She like Kokichi that she think she is Kokichi.
Then Ch.5 happened.... At first she like that Kokichi is mastermind and then Kokichi die.... And that she felt dispear and she enjoy the feeling (at first she hate dispear)
