I get that impression too when watching a case opening. Sorry to hear that you had a box with zero posters. I don't think that's happened to me, but I know I had a box with only 1 Non-Foil poster.
Are you holding on to the "posters" or are they up for sale? I realy love them, will one day complete them in collection. think I have about 12 of them now. But no ring.... 😇
Brutal pulls. Started off ok with the Tom Poster. The first two box toppers were almost the lowest value ones you could have got. I think red horn pass is the lowest. Unlucky good luck on the next one.
Comments about the value of this box? Some pretty good hits that deserved to break even but that's not the case. Unfortunately, besides hitting a serialized it's near impossible to get above market price so I think these boxes are still slightly overpriced.
Love this set! Also, I’m a new UA-camr trying to grow my channel. What did you do to grow your channel? Any advice would be great! I do mtg box openings as well.
Find your "Niche" , do what YOU want, stay real and stick to the plan! And be aware you are not alone in You Tube Land.... And also make a budget for the channel ... Hope you will have a lot of fun doing it ! Have a great weekend, 🤘🦁🤘
Hi 801 - Welcome to the club. I don't know when we hold meetings, but the first step is admitting you have a problem. Pack addicts unite! I started out much like you: zero subs, a phone and a box of cards. I've had my channel just shy of 2 years and have grown to 3750 subs and a few members. At this level I'm seeing about $50 a month in UA-cam revenue, which pays for about 5 play boxes a year. It's cool, but certainly not buying a Lambo anytime soon. My approach for growth was to be consistent with my uploads (define a schedule and stick to it) and my content format, I respond to EVERY single comment, and I found something that I was good at that no one else was doing (the analysis). Like you (I'm sure), I watched a lot of content creators who cracked packs because it's what I enjoyed watching. But when I was finished watching someone open a box I wasn't really any smarter for it. I had some idea of the 540, 360 or 180 cards I just saw opened but nothing concrete. Hence my niche of the Analysis. Over time I refined my setup to multiple (4) monitors, stand alone mics, dedicated phone/cam, phone stand, desk lighting, hue lights (for the overhead), software, playmats and on and on. I took my time acquiring these items, I didn't just go out and spend $2k on this stuff. SL is 100% correct in regards to the budget. Open what you can afford to, and don't seek out boxes that are going to break your bank account. Even if that means you only open a box a week or every few weeks. You can always re-cast your box opening into pack opening shorts to fill the time void. I just watched your Ixalan Crypt Hunting video posted about 6 days ago. Congrats on your JW Stamp pull.
@@MTGBoxAnalysis thanks so much MTG! That’s a lot of good information and I really appreciate you taking the time to help me. You for sure have a niche that has brought me back to see each of your vids. Looks like time will help and slowly better my production haha
Great vid. I'd love to see a phyrexia all will be one set box opening

I'll see if I can't scrounge up another one to check in on the set. Give me a few weeks.
I was there to watch you open up the phyrexia boxes then. can't wait to see its value now. 👍
Awesome
I feel like there's like one bad box in an inner case of 6. This one hurt a little bit. I've had a box with 0 posters, so it could be worse..
I get that impression too when watching a case opening.

Let's get you that Poster ONE Ring .... maybe even serialized! Best of luck on the box and an awesome weekend. 🤘🦁🤘

It is a HIGH "Risk" set ..... 😕
I wish
No ring for me either. For now I am holding onto them. I do have duplicates of Tom in foil. Not sure if you have that yet.
For sure

Yeah, not the best box out there for sure. But it was a good experience.
Watching your video while doing the Lord of the Rings: Rivendell lego!
Awesome Sunday
Awesome!
cool vid, that tom bombadil is dope. but the pronunciation on some of these cards had me shaking my head
Lord of the rings is not my specialty. I haven't watched the movies in a really long time. Sorry if I butchered it

I kinda agree. You need 2 foil posters, plus either a One Ring or a Bow Masters to hit the market value. Otherwise it's risky
Love this set!

Just take your time and ease into it. The viewers will come.
