I vaguely remember the first video of yours that I watched was the Detective TCG set review and that was FIVE YEARS AGO. Took me a whole day of searching and scrolling but I'm glad I found you again! I love the deep commentary you give, the way you seem so comfortable piloting pretty much ANYTHING, your understanding of the current metas. All delivered in a casual, cozy tone. I missed your voice, Tricky. Never stop grinding.
My win rate with this deck is about the same I have with regular Charizard Ex. HOWEVER, this one is much more fun to play! Thank you. Pure Charizard is sooooo boring.

I cooked up a similar deck with only Arceus Vstar and Dusknoir, which took me to Arceus season during the Shrouded Fable meta. So as someone who's spent a lot of time playing this type of feck, this was a huge W video. Thanks for improvising on my deck 🎉
Tricky gym, I have an idea for an addition to gym leader challenge dark type if it hasn’t already been added. The pokemon is grimmsnarl from stellar crown with the attack goad n grab, which lets you bring one of your opponents benched pokemon and put it in the active, then deal 160 damage to the pokemon you just brought up. Hope this helps
This is absolutely wild. Thats exactly why they should ban the dusk line. Cause it cant be, that no matter what good of a board state you have, the opponent just self ko‘s some Mons to fast forward two turns, it’s just absolutely disgusting
Here's the combo: you need 2 duskull and 1 arc vstar on bench and a rescue stretcher or rare candy in hand. 1: Starbirth for rare candy/rescue stretcher and grand tree 2: Use tree to evolve one of the duskulls to dusknoir and use it. Sending dusknoir to the discard. 3: rescue stretcher to get noir back in hand 4: rare candy to re use noir I'm actually gonna lab this to see if it goes deeper.
Been playing different types of Charizard with Heavy Dusknoir, and this approach is great for several reasons, the main one being Arven sometimes isn't enough. As shown in ur 3 games, and testing it myself, the Arc isn't really necessary. I swapped it for a Roxanne + Forest Seal stone
this deck is great and pretty fun, been playing it and made 2-0-1 and 3-0 at local leagues and 3-2 to top 7 at a challenge today. squawk is a total meme thou, occupies precious bench space, so i changed it to thorton to great results (if the opponent knows what you're doing and kos arceus, you can immediatly get it back and vstar to turn the game around) briar might find a way into the list... its overestimated for sure, but maybe... maybe...
I’m gonna try Grand Tree over Prime Catcher. Not needing the full combo for a stage 2 when you’re trying to spam Dusknoir seems good. Might conflict with PokeStop too much but worth a shot

This is proof to all those saying the dusk line is good for the game. You can just ignore your opponents actions and play to your own game plan now with Zard..already one of the most powerful decks in format even before dusk came out.

Counter Catcher "activates" alongside dusk being outo KOd, + you get the damage buff by both ur opponent taking a prize of the Self KO + the damage Dusknoir sets. Therefore id advise to use other Ace Spec like Prime Catcher, Unfair Stamp or even Heros Cape

I built the deck, tried it out on the ladder and went 1-3 all three loss was one prize card short. This deck needs a "pal pad" if It had one I would one all three games that I lost.

I faced this deck at a case tournament couple weekends ago and my Hydrapple deck cooked this deck twice in a row for the sweep!
