I find it amusing that at one point one of them says "the fact that it's a harem already" is "minus points" when literally every anime from all 3 of their top 2s is a harem anime. Even the one they briefly cover at the end is a harem anime. It's a pretty difficult thing to avoid in isekai.
I get it your point, but for only one of them (hamefura) is it a main theme to the point you could also include it as a genre. For others it either goes on to be more of a harem In later seasons, and/or it's more of a side plot if you will. And so I do think that distinction is relevant in the conversation of quality. I called it a harem anime and didn't really do so with the others because it's harem aspects are by far more prevalent in it than the other shows mentioned.

There's certainly a meaningful difference between an adventure anime with a harem tacked on and an anime where the harem is the point of the story with a dash of adventure to keep it from getting too boring. It surprised me to see Hamefura listed in anyone's top 2, let alone as their #1. It's an entertaining enough show if you're looking for the anime version of multiple one-sided romcoms crammed together but it isn't something I'd expect to see given such a high ranking. That being said, I just found the wording amusing given the nature of all the chosen isekai. Most of them even have at least part of their harems visible in the promotional image used in the video (with the notable exception of Overlord.)

I mean in a perfect world it would be avoidable but yeah I agree that most of them are harem so it isn't a specific quality.
