Just remember two things for good hairs
    1. Eating all the essential nutrients for hairs
    2. Doing proper blood circulation in the scalp so that the nutrition you ate is reaching toh the hair roots properly. Because blood carries nutrition in the whole body.
So your top 2 priorities must be Nutrition and Blood Circulation..

went from having thin short hair to messy/wavy thick hair by literally just doing three things (if it can help u as experience):
    1. Don't brush your hair if possible. I remember brushing my hair every single day when I walked out of the shower and I didn't really like how it looked (thin, no shape, no volume). Once I forgot to brush it so it was looking kinda messy, ever since that day I literally stopped brushing my hair, and it now has a messy thicker look. Brushing your hair straight out from the shower literally kills your hair.
    2. I used to put a lot of shampoo. Same thing as with toothpaste when we brush our teeth. We tend to apply A LOT because of what we were told and ads. But literally you just have to put enough, don't exaggerate. Next time you're in the shower look at your palms and you'll see that you put a lot of shampoo. When I used to do this my hair was clean, sure, but then it had no volume or shape whatsoever.
    3. Let your hair dry naturally. Don't rub your towel agressively, this is one of the worst mistakes I used to make. Go out of the shower, pat-dry it with the towel and try to fix it a bit with your hands.
It's been 2 years I've been doing this and my hair has changed completely. Hope you can find this info useful too :)

This channel is great but I might have to disagree with this video a bit, it's possible to make your hair look healthier which when styled properly can look sort of thicker, but for the majority of people we just have no chance of gaining truly thick hair, I have thin (not thinning) hair and that's just what I gotta live with, I can't magically make more hair appear on my head.
