No, its not. You are going to destroy the hub completely and it will wear off much quicker

use nylon gear so that the other gears are not damaged and so that they are not noisy

The screws are very soft they are easy to strip . Be careful

I have also disassembled it and the screw is not strong, especially when it was installed at the factory using loctite, so when you open it, the screw might be damaged. To overcome this, I use an impact driver.
I want to know what lubricant/grease is used for nylon gear
