Eclipson are the masters of this, using continuous carbon rods that run the full length of the fuselage that create not only perfect alignment but giving the model much increased structural integrity. Super important, especially when printing with LW PLA which is very weak. Thanks for the tutorial

When converting your mesh to body, reducing the amount of triangles will help making faster. Not too much as this decreases resolution.
