In terms of weight lifting, I got off the wagon after the pandemic started as I chose not to return to the gym for fear of catching the virus. I am back on track after discovering your channel a month or so ago as it gives me the confidence to lift weights safely at home. I have lost a lot of muscle strength/mass and hope to regain most of it thru patience, consistency, discipline, and hard work. I know the drill. As long as I put the effort, my body will eventually reward me.

Thank you! Great workout Dr.Lisa, but is there any easier way to do the skydiver push-ups or the leg lunges?. I can’t get up with weights in my hands for the leg lunges😢
Bravo for attempting this! You rock! And bravo for knowing your limits and trying to modify. You can modify to just a knee push up. Do lunges with no weights, or set the weights up on a table.
