Rod Morganstein is a monster drummer...Dixie dregs, the Jelly Jam with Ty Tabor , Steve Morse band as well as Winger.Vastly underrated band. All you have to do is listen.....
They still sound phenomenal especially on songs like Headed for a Heartbreak and Madalaine they seem like a band genuinely having fun and enjoying each other's company, Kip's voice is still good and Reb's guitar playing is great.
When I was introduced to MTV Winger ''She's only 17'' was the first video that I had seen. I was amazed and was hooked then Enter Sandman took over the summer of 1990. My honest opinion Nirvana and STP came out too early. It was the end of all great 80's band to make a serious make.

The ONLY time Poison could ever think they were at the same talent level was when Ritchie Kotzen was in the band, otherwise Poison is hackboy bullshit.

Or Donnie Smith, he replaced John Roth in a number of concerts I don't remember which year because John was busy doing other shows with Starship at the time, he's still in the band and nothing was wrong :D
I gotta admit, watching these guys play '17' at their age, as a bar band now, is just a little awkward. Nice to see Reb Beach is still as good as ever. He was REALLY good on Dokken's 'Live from the Sun' DVD. As good as Lynch ever was and Reb's probably better than Lynch is now.
Reb is infinitely better than George. George hasn't really grown as a player or songwriter since the old Lynch Mob days is the early 90s. And you're right about Live From the Sun, Reb out-played George on his own material.

Watching Reb's rendition of 'Too High to Fly' is definitely the highlight of that performance. Just incredible stuff really.
