I gotta admit, I wasn't sure about recipe (didn't know how all those flavors would come out together), but gave it a try anyway. My I just say OH MY GOODNESS! I've been cooking plantbased meals for many years now, but this went straight to top 3 best meals I ever had! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work :)
Put the chickpeas in the pan and simmer gently for 5 to 10 minutes before adding in the spinach. It will be more flavoursome. Just read the ingredients on the back of the tin of coconut milk it will state the ratio to water and whether there are any other additives.
I'm in the process of going vegan (I know myself and I know going straight into it isn't going to work for me, so slow and steady for me), and you guys are such and inspiration! I'm in Canada though, and I can't get your cookbook on our Amazon. 😔 Is there somewhere else I can order it? ❤️
Hey Kailey. Thank you so much, we really appreciate the support! We both slipped up a lot at the start and going vegan was a gradual transition. The most important thing is to take your time and go at your own pace. Nowadays we don't miss anything because we love vegan food so much! So you'll get there. The book is currently available on Amazon UK but we'll let everyone know when it's hopefully available elsewhere. Thanks again! Ben.
im kinda disappointed. it looks so great and i wanted to try it. now the problem is im not so used to english and so i dont know what spicery they use at the beginning :( apart from pepper and chili could anyone help?
But how can you write in english? Anyways, they put red pepper powder, turmeric, roasted cumin powder, coriander seeds and mustard seeds in the spice mix.
phoenix hey this recipe isn't in the book. We've share a few recipes from the book online but nearly all of them are exclusive to the book. Hope that helps!
