    That turned out really nice.
My dogs are always close when i cook. But when i make chicken my oldest dog walks to the couch, jumps on it and sits with his back towards the kitchen the whole while. He wants some so bad he cant even be in the same room lol

The color on that chicken...WOW!!LOOKS GREAT 👍
UNBELIEVABLY TENDER AND JUICY, reminds me of the bbq rotisserie chicken at the grocery store!! That Weber Q1200 is working out good, especially on raining days huh! Annie is so cute , she loves her job 🐶🤗
    Nice job TTM 😋👍

I highly recommend the rotisserie accessory for the Weber 1200. I just did a Birds eye chilli and rosemary dry rub on it with a cayenne, cumin and bread crumb stuffing. It came out amazing. Do yourself a favour and get one.
Added a foil pack of mesquite wood and apple wood to smoke it as well

Looks really good. And since Annie says it's good, I'll have to try that. By the way, you can send that rain over here. We could sure use it here in Northwest Oklahoma. Thanks for the video.

Some good lookin cookin! Looks like a nice grill. I’ve got the Webber Spirit gas grill but do like charcoal better. Husband didn’t want to clean the charcoal so it was s compromise to get the Webber grill since they do make a quality product or not having a grill.
Whatcha got on the menu next? Love that you have a store so close. We live 10 miles from the grocery store so that’s 20 miles just to pick up a few things. Have to be organized & make list to last for the week since no convenient place to shop. Also love all the fresh, local produce y’all have. Miss it. Lived out in Torrance near Redondo Beach back in 1983 & moved back east after a year out there. Loved the fresh food of all kinds & the easy lifestyle.
Take care & will look forward to your next easy cooking meal.⭐️

Just watched 1st half of America’s Test Kitchen & they were showing how to get good flavor & moist meat on grill with the slow & sear bars. They took 3 slices of bacon & skewered them all on one skewer. Placed skewer next to meat during last half of the cooking.
Here’s the link to that UA-cam video ic you’d like to see what they did. Thinking of a juicy steak sure is getting me hungry!
      Tasks care.

    Always nice videos!
I have some idea's and improves for LOW&SLOW on weber Q1200!! Contact me in private! I really wanna know what do you think!
The last improves consist in flavorizer bars and other stuff.. The nearest experience was a stuffed chicken cooked at 120°C for three hours.. Was pretty amazing and I wanna share my ideas with everyone but I'm not so good with making videos and maybe it's just not for me!
However contact me! I really wanna hear you're opinions!
    Keep grilling 😊
