Have to ask. You look a similar build to me 80kg ringing wet, at most, but I am a short arse, hence 72kg or less. I am. So what does your pack weigh and what do you have in it for a 3-5 day adventure? When I have done some trial runs while camping with full pack, it kills me as it seems to be 30+ kg. Then add rifle and ammo etc. would love your feedback direct or a vid done on your setup.
Oppps forget to add. When I do a day hike/stork 3-7km away from camp, I always have kit to survive 3+ days. Probably an overkill (15kg with all basic survival gear). Plan for the worst but expect the best….all good anything in between…! I know so overly cautious but also know how easy it is to twist or break an ankle in heavy bush.
Opps again. Now after seeing 24 min mark, is great to see what is in the pack…..am guessing you hate coke….lol.

yeah mate, ill get back to this Q but i see you caught the bag dump section...
roughly i run no less than 20kg an its often up to 25kg, quite alot considering a good 1/3 of body weight lol... will pay for it later but only live once!

@@HillDogTV I found if I don’t have the straps very tight and setup correctly, I end up with sore hips after walking 1km. Does make it a pain to get the pack on and off though.
Yes it isn’t easy carrying 1/3 or more body weight 😂
