Mad Respect for these bow hunters!!! Most people have NO CLUE the challenges of elk/deer/bear hunting in the mountains!! Some of these kill shot distances are INSANE!!!👍👍
Thanks for your feedback. It definitely isn't easy. There is a lot of hard work and preparation that leads up to these moments.

It’s no respect in this. Most of this shoots are disgusting. Giving animals horrible deaths so they can brag they did it with a bow
1:40 That was the nastiest shot I’ve ever seen. Good placement👏 👏
👊💥
Seconded! What an absolutely nuts spine shot, and high enough up the spinal cord so as to be extremely humane.
Was a nice shot. But I just thought about the movie My Cousin Vinny lol
Nice. He didn't notice he was drowning.
Poor guy he was just thirsty and then he got done dirty
getting the impression that modern arrow heads do a lot to make up for arrows not quite hitting the mark.
At 2:57 seeing a "vapor trail" on an arrow is something I never thought I'd see. I imagine it was misting rain but it's still a cool thing to have recorded
Music definitely killed it for me honestly.
It's so annoying

I am passionate about hunting, I love wild animals like this. Thanks for your video
I love hunting and I’m not going to act like I’ve never made a bad shot… but some of these shots are just irresponsible. I wouldn’t post a video like this
I was thinking the same seen a few gut shots. I watched another about rifle hunting and it was the same story. Gut shots galore
That why hes practicing.
How are they irresponsible?

What an awesome action packed 15 minutes of bow hunting and kill shots. You have quite a few trained long range archery 🏹 snipers over there at Eastman’s. Taking shots 20-40 yards further than I am comfortable and confident in. Not too many shots past 40 here in the East. I will definitely have to practice and train for some longer range shots and wind if I plan on archery 🏹 hunting the Wild West. Thank you for sharing.
I hunt in the wild west every year and I wouldnt take half of those shots. Looks like Their shooting past 60 yards consistently.
@@MrBowhuntingDude yeah that’s what I was thinking 🤔. Definitely way out there for me too.
@@MrBowhuntingDude it’s called skill. But also remember camera angles & lighting can be deceiving.
Hell yes very well said that damn bolt had a big drop due to distance..........
My uncle and buddies always had me drop back with them to 80 yards to practice, makes you better at 10-40. Hones in your eye to knowing your drop and being able to fine tune the smaller muscles in your arms. Its good to do if you have the arrows to spare. Lol. Good thing is, at that range the arrows don't slide under grass as easy, they stick in the ground like Braveheart.
When I was 14-16 years old, my buddy and I had recurves. We would be about 100 meters from each other behind big oaks with heavy aluminum walmart arrows. We would try to hit the big Florida oak the other was standing behind and yell after it hit the tree or ground....usually ground. Luckily we both apparently thought highly of each other or one of us could have yelled right after loosing the arrow. HAHAHA
OMG! I've never video of this high quality. New subscriber.
With how prolific guns are in todays modern hunting culture it is incredibly easy to forget just how relevant, and powerful our modern day bows are.

Do you usually have to follow the animal for a while before it goes down or they only go a small ways before they drop? Btw super dope video
It depends on the size of the animal and how well the arrow penetrates the vitals. Like a clean heart shot just drops the animal right there and then, if you hit the lungs then it’s up to how big the animal is

I'm interested in this method of harvesting. I've hunted with guns a couple times. I've heard people speak of the cruelty involved in bow hunting, but I just watched a video of animals fighting and tearing each other apart without remorse. Bow hunting hardly seems different. Any living thing will unapologetically go to great lengths to soothe the pain of starvation. I don't like doing things the easy way, guns are heavy and dirty and noisy and ruin great meat, and I get bored of going to the grocery store.
Bowhunting is an incredibly lethal and quick way to harvest an animal if done correctly. You have to get close to make that happen. -Dan
If im not mistaken the bow was a hunting tool for thousands of years, while it was used in wars its main early purpose was to hunt. Guns on the other hand were made for warfare but there effectiveness to kill carried over into hunting.
im all about hunting, but if you have the option to use a weapon that has more of a chance of killing the animal with little to no pain and you choose to use a method that can very well make the animal suffer longer than it needs to be then, i can see where the argument comes from.

Wasn’t alive buddy, just nerves at that point, if it was alive it would’ve done a number on the hunter, which is what he slowly walked up to it because he didn’t want to fight it if it was still alive,

nice kills dude
This is very awesome. The only negative is the time of suffering compared to a rifle. I would like to take thisto next level. A video hunting with spears like 30 000 years ago. What a man to do that. That hunt was estimated to accure in a group of hunter 3-10 in organized release of the ballistics. What about one man do the same. That would be more skilled than the savage assasins 30 000 years ago and then its history.
So many poor penetration shots

Not trying to be overly critical but this is 2021 and not sure when some of these were made, but anything in a compilation video SHOULD have Lumenok or Nockturnal or they're impossible to catch on camera not to mention some were just awful shot placement except that friggin Pronghorn and the Elk shot long distance from one little ridge to another.
