I Shiny Hunted 63 Milcery in Pokémon Violet (and Got REALLY Carried Away)

I wanted to start making UA-cam videos again, so I thought I’d do one about shiny hunting Milcery during a Pokémon Scarlet & Violet event in December 2023. What was supposed to be a quick and easy project to get my feet wet turned into something that pretty much took up all of my free time for 7 months of my life.
And for the record, I finished editing this video on June 30 and intended to upload it then. However, I had no idea it'd still be stuck 8 hours later trying to render a specific sequence at about 5 frames-per-minute, so I canceled that export and kept trying it again with different settings. It turns out that I needed to update my graphics card drivers, so everything was good after that. This will be relevant for a certain part of the video.

It certainly can be. I think I'd rather shiny hunt than practice for a speedrun, however, because there's no practice involved. Remembering and properly executing everything over an hour or longer is intimidating to me, and I don't think I'd want to do that.
