How to tie a Bowline Knot

As a kayaking instructor I created this series of videos on knots to introduce members of our club, Sligo Kayak Club (Sligo, Ireland), and any anyone else who may be interested, to rope work.
This video will demonstrate how to tie a bowline knot.
The bowline knot is a 'must know' knot, it is arguably the most important knot to learn (certainly top three)!
Any gauge of rope or cord will be sufficient for training purposes but it's best to use at least 2' (60cm) of length.
