I use hydrogen peroxide , Toilet Cleaning Acid(here in Pakistan it is easily available) I haven't any knowledge about percentage so I have suffered a lot and then I never try to make my on PCBs.Thanks for guidance I think I will give it a try again.

This problem comes because may be your printer are old or it need service and maintenance,

Yes you can use any cleaner only for cleaning not for etching, otherwise purchase ferriec chloride for etching process...

What is normal local acid
Normal acid means HLC (hydrochloride acid)
You can purchase it from hardware shop but it is highly effective so use it carefully of it will be in glass bottle
