Just done day 1 of sweat challenge and am sweating!! I’ve been doing Joe’s workouts for about 4 months now and can really feel the difference! I can now do mountain climbers and burpees without stopping or gasping…..I’m 64 and am delighted I can get fitter every day even at this age! Thank you! 😂👍💕
To think that ten months ago I had brain surgery and had to learn how to walk again and now I just got better with each round finishing with the most reps per time in the fourth round. This just showed me, that working out with your videos consistently really brings results! Thank you Joe, you really helped me get fit again!

I love that you started this workout series with 'measure your happiness' 'let it be about mental health'! Every time I start something it was generally about a holiday goal, bikini body, body confidence for a special event but doing it for my mental health is something I want to achieve more! I’m a small person and have next to no muscle due to a medical condition but joe wicks motivates me so much and I can’t thank him enjoy for getting up and exercising. I’ve only just started but the motivation this guy gives is incredible

I've never felt as low as today, I usually meditate daily& haven't for 4 days... that's bad for me, seeing THIS, and attempting it at WHATEVER level you can, even if that's SEATED!!! I did this challenge during the first UK lockdown, and overtime when I stop working out for a bit or find myself loosing motivation, I come back here and do this challenge again. It remains one of the best workout challenges to me because it's motivating and achievable but still a challenge, while also providing very noticeable results before even reaching day 7 which always motivates me further! I only starting exercising a couple of months ago but haven't done anything in over 5 weeks. Was worried about getting back into it so thought I'd start with a short workout. This year I started exercising daily to combat by beer belly and to ensure I’m maintaining good health. Although I’ve lost only 6kg, I have noticed a dramatic difference in fitness level, physique and mental well being - and your videos have been my go to for my daily workout routine. I’ve been watching a lot of your older HIIT sessions but will be doing this 7 day challenge this week. Keep up the good work, I’ll be following.

Thanks for these workouts, they're really benefiting me whilst being on lock down, and 20 mins doesn't interrupt me working from home whilst keeping me motivated.

Did this work out all lockdown, in the last month I totally lost all motivation and fell into a deep depression. I started again today and although I struggled a bit I do feel I’ve achieved something positive. Thank you joe x

This year I started exercising daily to combat by beer belly and to ensure I’m maintaining good health. Although I’ve lost only 6kg, I have noticed a dramatic difference in fitness level, physique and mental well being - and your videos have been my go to for my daily workout routine. I’ve been watching a lot of your older HIIT sessions but will be doing this 7 day challenge this week.
