In this campaign, I'll be playing as Dimitri the Lover and SIMPing to the one TRUE Queen - Rhagaea. The goal is to complete a world conquest as a vassal of Rhagaea and ensure she owns everything by the end. Here are the rules for the campaign:
- At clan tier 2, I must join the Southern Empire
- Starting a kingdom is not allowed
- If Rhagaea dies and I'm elected, I must abdicate immediately
- I cannot force peace deals at any point. The AI must start the peace vote first
- Personal combat is not allowed
- I must use mercenary units until I become a landed noble
- Recruited units must be from own/allied fiefs
- No smithing for profit, no cheese, no exploits, no mods (other than QoL)
- I must give Rhagaea foot massages daily
Mod list:
- RTS Camera (for speeding up combat)
- Better Time (speed up campaign map)
- Sell all but stop at zero (Easier Offloading Loot)
- Equip Best Item (I forgot to disable this one lol) - Ігри

True simp experience, spend months toiling and grinding for money only to get beat up by another man, all while the lady is away busy leading her own life. But once the simp gains his fortune he will begin randomly (and creepily) showering her with gifts and favors and she will hardly notice. Cant wait for more of this lol

In whatever edition i am playing on, the sword-sisters dont need horses to upgrade to the mounted. My Abbey of Gnashing sword-sister only campaign progresses slowly.
Mine too. Thats why i love them and theyre much more easy to find than outrider. You just ctrl click upgrade all no thinking about horses
I love these challenge plays..i can never think of a good one on my own, but you and Flesson keepme inspired for new ways to play the game.

I always liked to buy tools in Makeb for $50 and to sell them in Sanala for $200-250.. the same with woods , that you take in Battania for $9, go South and sell starting with $40-50.

Fun fact: by using clothing and weapons to the bandits won’t be able to take them if equipped.
That start is why I love My Little Warband so much, I buffed all mercenary units and now they're actually worth using, even the pike is not a complete waste of money (still not that great, there's only so much you can do editing equipment and skills while leaving the unit flavour the same).
If you sold all your weapons, how do you slaughter the sheep?
Is Dimitri running around naked punching the sheep to death?
Or is Dimitri finding other ways to kill sheep while naked?

I did a big chunk of this campaign on the main channel as a livestream. A lot of people didn't get a chance to watch it yet and asked me to break it up into 30 minute videos (and I also removed all the dialogue with chat)

I remember when I'm doing challenge to have 7 children with same wife I see one of the NPC clan member marry Rhagaea. I thought it was impossible, but then I forgot to take screenshot because my game crash and I forgot to take save. Man I swear I don't use mod it's happening so random
Would love to see a battanian only campaign, idk if that will be boring because of Fians but maybe a rule only up to a certain % of archers or something.
I'm not sure if you've seen it yet, but I did a Vercingetorix campaign where I used only Battanian foot troops (no archers). It was a really fun campaign!

I got 100 hours in this game and I still feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. I thought I was doing good then I got captured now the stupid conspiracy quest got activated and everyone is allied against me and Calladog

Are you allowed to get a companion and have him/her fight in tournaments? You could just watch the action as per simp doctrine.
Yeah companions could join a tournament. It might be hard to get them in there - often times they won't join unless they are a high enough level (or at least that's how it was when I was using tournaments to farm up combat XP for companions)

We're you using any troop mods?
No mods on this campaign except RTS camera to speed up combat and equip best item. I think I also had better time for campaign map speed up too - nothing that changes the base game though
@StratPlays idk what you think of this, but I had an idea which I think would be easy for devs to implement which would fix the Ai retarded war choices, as follows.
When declaring war, a kingdom decision happens immediately upon war declaration wherein the nobles vote on a war goal.
If the kingdom is the aggressor, this would be proposed by the noble who pushed for the war declaration.
In this decision they would nominate a "target" for the war ie a town or castle. At the same time, other nobles could, if they wish spend influence and nominate additional targets. Nobles would vote for/select targets which were close to their own holdings, belonged to enemies with whom they had fought, or their old lands which had previously been lost.
During the war, armies would have a hugely increased likelihood of attacking the target, and generally operating around that sector of the map.
The Defending kingdom would be able to vote on decisions as well, being to either 1. defend the declared target, meaning the Ai would prioritise its armies and parties around that feif. 2. Inflict casualties, meaning they would not defend feifs more than normal, but would focus capturing and wounding/killing enemy Lords or 3. Counter attack, where they nominate their own war target in a similar way as described above.
When a war goal is achieved, the kingdom immediately votes for peace, if the vote is to continue the war, then a new target is voted on, with the influence needed to continue the war increasing with each successful objective achieved.

When Banneelord first released I literally ran to closest store over 2 miles to pick up some steam cards, then after a 27 hour download time.
Picked Battanian and went as a trader. Had a notebook from Middle School and started jotting down what products I picked up, how much and sold for X amount and how much.
It was such a blast the new game and full of such hope l for ir. Gosh it feels so long ago. Berore hating my life and having my soul crushed by my now ex fiance.

Yeah man, life can be a drag sometimes. Gotta keep pushing forward though, it always gets better eventually. When I was in college, I had my heart crushed by a girl pretty badly - took me like 2 - 3 months to get over it (Usually I was over it even before the break up, this one was different). Now I look back on it and I don't even remember anything from that relationship, good or bad. You'll get there too, just hang in there and keep busy. Or at least staying busy was the best medicine for me anyhow.

Man.. Mercenary troops why do you suck so much. Atleast in Warband they were comprable. And the highest tier mercs had the randomized optioms to have the highest tiered armour in the game, full plate and helmets and weapons.
Even Huscarls had better armour then most lords.
Atleast in Warband merc armies were optional.
I feel like Mercs used to be.. not so bad when the game released but its been a long time since I played.
Due to my pc being dead and it being now 6 months since then. Cant give it a try
