@Ourgreenacres Teresa do you use a softener with your sola wood flowers? I wrote another member that sells the flowers and also shows you how to do them, but they said that it’s essential that I use the softener for them. Also they said that I should use their dyes too. I’ve seen you use just the paint and make it real thin with water. I’d much rather do your way. I just think they are trying to sell me something that I don’t need. What do you think?

Shabby chic is a lovely decor that is here to stay forever as far as I'm concerned. Who are these design gurus with their negative ideas about design. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I think everything you do is great.

I love using the wax method and I learned it from YOU! I use to add petroleum and I have used soy wax candles before and they never worked well but now I use bee's wax and it makes a huge difference!
