This is the best video on Drug Interactions so far. It used to be hard to remember them, but this video changed my life. Now I can provide feedback on many possible drug interactions on the fly. Good if you want to look smart. Thank you, Dr. Shapiro!
Thank God I finally passed my NAPLEX EXAM ON MY 5th attempt with the help of Mr Smith I used his preparation tips. just 3 days of working with him and I passed. I was referred to him by a friend before my exams. Please friends I recommend you to Mr Smith, The man has the key to getting your exam.
In general metabolism is good or bad? Does all metabolic process release active chemical ingredient or not? But why then during food metabolism we get energy unfortunately drug metabolism it is excreted!!!
Good information doc,I just wanted to ask,can we take nimesulide after taking covishield 1st dose? Actually I took nimesulide with caffeine & phenylephrine after having my 1st dose of covishield. So is it ok or I have to visit my nearest hospital? Please reply sir
My mom has been prescribed Cordarone & Evion LC by her Cardiologist, while her Neurologist added Apixaban These are all twice a day. Since she started taking Apixaban, she's now spitting blood (approx half tea spoon bloody saliva) every night, day she's fine. Despite knowing about blood, Neurologist told that stopping Apixaban can cause stroke. My guess is that Cordarone, Evion & Apixaban are reacting. She doesn't get blood when she skips Apixaban. She takes all with food. Is my analysis of reaction correct? Is there a better way to consume these medications safely? How worried should I be for her spitting little blood every night? Please answer. Thanks!

What's the full form for INR and how do you get to know it (from blood test)?
Normalised International Ratio. And the test called Prothrombine time (PT) - measures how quickly your blood clot

i think it is because cordarone is an inhibitor so the concentration of apixaban increase in serum and it can cause bleeding risk.
amiodarone takes out Patients by organ death or a 2yr period.
