Excellent Video!!! Exactly what I was looking for. I have interacted with DOS a long time ago, and this was a helpful refresher on how to interact directly with the operating system. I would love if you could do a tutorial on Wine and Bottles. I have moved to Linux Mint (Interface closest to Windows) for about 95% of my work but I still need Windows for the other 5%. I can download these apps fine, but I am a bit sketchy on customization that might be needed for the various window apps to run on Linux. As Windows 11 (12) become more onerous to use, I think a channel like yours will be critical in the future to transition. I also like how you broke the video into parts and don't play obnoxious music that interferes me hearing the lesson. Thank you.
While I love this channel, real beginners need to look at a channel that helps you download and use the Linux Mint distro. It will give anyone an experience very similar to Windows; only better. This channel is focused on using the Terminal to customize and perform commands regardless of the distro selected. With Linux Mint, you will never have to do any of the steps outlined in this tutorial if you are a basic Windows (or Mac) user and want to be a basic Linux user. This channel is for people who want to go beyond the basic capabilities built into the distro.
